Radisson hotel on the outskirts of Oslo, it's good, wealthy, outstanding breakfasts, clean and comfy. But it took nearly 45 min to get Oslo center by bus.

Wonderful quiet surroundings”
Beautiful green spots around for those who love to walk. Tucked slightly away from the main road, it is wonderfully quieter.

It is closed. Guests are relocated to Alna”
Agoda needs to check if hotels are functional before providing confirmations. We discovered hotel is closed after we arrived at hotel. Fortunately we had a car so when Radisson relocated us to Alna it was not so bad but had to pay 250 NOK parking fee per night. Radisson Blu Alna stay was good, comfortable and next to Mc Donalds, IKEA and charging station. The ratings provides are for Radisson Blu Alna

Good conditions but they charge without notice”
The room was clean, the breakfast is well prepared with a diversity of food, but they charge me with an amount of money and they can not justify for which reason. After some exchange of emails they stop answer .

A very comfortable hotel. Located in a serene environment where you can enjoy closeness to nature, very close to the sea. Good food and services. A real value for money hotel.

Big room”
The room is big enough. They provided water bottles in the room, which i really liked. Also it’s the only hotel i stayed in Norway that provided a shower cap. The location was not near the city center at all.

Advertising in Agoda was tricky ”
When the booking was made the option selected said breakfast included, when we checked in the hotel said: breakfast is not included, then I checked in the reservations and the first I receive said for three people and the one I received later just said 2 adultos, also in included services did not mentioned the breakfast, so maybe is the app, but that variation helped us to see that the hotel is not the best to visit museum also is not family friendly, maybe is more business oriented?

Disaster”
The staff is very uneducated. Did not find my booking first, then I was locked outside and card did not work. When I went to the reception for help the staff said the room is not occupied according to the computer. He couldn't find my booking. Same thing happened the day after. I got charged twice for the hotel and still have not got an answer or refund for the double charging. Would definitely not stay again.

A few issues”
Booking made for 2 adults and 1 child but the hotel got a request for a standard room so we got 1 bed. The receptionist was helpful after a confrontation and offered to bring an additional bed into the room. Problem adverted but there shouldn't have been one in the first place. The carpet in the corridor was very old and unpleasant. The cleaning team very thorough, except they don't have a door sign for when you don't want them to clean it. It is so far away from the center ... 2h walk and 30min by bus. It's locate din a very industrial, almost deserted area. The breakfast options were paid separately, I think £15pp and children are included and there is a varied selection of things you can eat. The smoked fish was everyone's favourite. I learned the hard way they don't accept you taking food out of restaurant unless you pay a fee... mine was 100NOK for 2 sandwiches. I decided to pay an extra 80NOK in town and have a delicious meal instead so... in my case at least, it wasn't worth it. I wouldn't return there but the staff for the most part is very nice and I could see how other people would like it there
