Nice surprise when we checked in, we were upgraded to business class. Very helpful staff who guided us through the car parking process. Clean, tidy room and a good buffet breakfast. I like the way the space between the two wings of the hotel has been used within the glass vaulted roof. Good location, within walking distance of many places of interest.

13 nights stay, overall pleasant stay but shower towel not changing for everyday. Toilet drainage a bit smelly.

Didn't have complimentary tea and coffee in room on arrival. However, once I asked it was taken to room. When we had a lie in, our beds were made but the tea and coffee was not restocked nor were clear cups put in place nor some of the bathroom accessories. When we needed extra pillows they were brought immediately. Staff were friendly. We didn't have breakfast included as it was quite expensive so we had to walk down town to buy a cheaper alternative.

A nice hotel in a great city.”
We had a wonderful stay at the Radisson. It lies within walking distance to the city with nice restaurants, shopping, nightlife and cinema. A perfect place to stay for a romantic weekend or shopping with the girls. I would definitely choose this hotel and Århus again for a stay with my husband.

It was an excellent stay and the staff was nice. The location is great (close to museum and music hall). Also parking in front of the hotel is nice

It was an excellent stay and the staff was very friendly. Normally it is a business hotel, but they were very enthousiastic to help you with touristic questions
