In our continuing pursuit of excellence, the Underwater Music Heated Pool will be temporary closed from January 31 – February 08, 2023 inclusive for annual maintenance. Steam and Saunas are temporarily closed. Gym, the Spa is now available.
Best hotel I have ever stayed in”
I cannot put into words just how much we loved our 4 night stay at this hotel. The king bed was so comfortable we slept so well. The indoor atrium and elevators always brought a smile to our faces. Then moving onto the sky pool, sauna and Jacuzzi! Fabulous. Someone said in a review the pool is small.it's not. It's a decent size and beautiful to swim and lounge with a beautiful of Victoria harbour. In the men's changing room there is a sauna and Jacuzzi, the women have a sauna and stream room. Staff are so helpful they cannot do enough to pass you. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Don't forget to try the desserts from the fine dining shop on ground floor, the cherry cheese cake in the form of a cherry was delish and well worth the 50hkd

My favourite hotel in hong kong.”
First of all, thanks Winky for helping us a lot during the stay last year :) I have been living in the hotel for quite a lot of time LOL We've visit nearly every type of rooms, my favourite are Delux Suite and Junior Suite. Traditional design and the room is large compare to any other hotels located in HK. Very comfortable bed and pillows with option. A deep bathtub is a plus, I guess even a 180cm man can enjoy a relaxing bath. If you love modern interior design, the sky tower's room and suite will be nice too. The closet is well designed for hanging dining dresses or suit. The Club is relaxing and the tea set is just satisfying. All staff are well trained and professional. Will visit again when I back to HK.

Excellent hotel ”
This hotel is really great We stayed 6 nights in May It was my birthday and we got an upgrade to a spacious room ... and a birthday cake! The pool is wonderful We started each day with a swim We also had an evening bathe overlooking the city lights We had not booked breakfast but we found a great little cafe called N1 Coffee on Mody Road There’s a lovely walk from the hotel along the promenade and the MTR station is very close We thought that the hotel was excellent value for money.. it’s so comfortable and convenient

Weekend Stay”
Free upgrade to Sky deluxe room from superior room due to lack of superior room Extremely fantastic experience in sky deluxe room The room is big, clean and good view. You can see the Victoria harbour from the room The room is so big and comfort The lightening are enough in the night The television has big screen and you can turn the TV screen and watch TV on the bed There is a desk and sofa which can have food in there The cleanliness is good and facilities are well kept This hotel has an old history but the room isn’t old fashion The price value is extremely worth for couples and stay for a weekend. Will be come again!

Hidden gem of Oasis”
Second time staying here, and more and more like how well it's located if you find several shortcuts to Kowloon. It's a walking distance along the Victoria harbor to Habor City, and to Kowloon Park, as well as all the restaurants and shops around. What I liked the most is that there is a direct bus A21 from the airport to Mody road, which is like several minutes walk from the hotel. I used to take the airport express train then change to taxi all the time before to get to the hotels, but actually, the bus is much cheaper and take same time without transfer. For the MTR, it's only 2 min walk to the closet entry of TST east, which is few minutes' walk to TST, since it's inside, a few minutes walk won't be a problem. The hotel itself is still nice when you take the elevator and look down the atrium, it's like a garden of Oasis full of green plants. We enjoyed the swimming pool on the rooftop, especially when it's 8 pm, you can see part of the light show directly from the swimming pool.

Amazing hotel”
Granted, maybe it was the room upgrade given to us after a late arrival and tiring trip. We ended up staying at one of the top floors, on an incredibly well appointed room, with lots of space, a bathroom that is almost the size of the room, and a view to die for. The hotel is very large, full of groups, but the service is still good, and everything is impeccably kept. I did not try the restaurants, but they attract a lot of people. On the SPA floor, where I was staying, they also have a well equipped gym and a fantastic pool. The weather did not help, but the pool is beautiful, overlooking the bay. All in all I definitely recommend this hotel. It helps to get an upgrade, but I am sure all the rooms are of similar quality.

Excellent and Safe”
I recently stayed at the Royal Garden during the Hong Kong Protests. The Royal Garden Hotel had plenty of security on the property for keep guests safe. Hotel has a very beautiful pool and spa area, Guest room area large and clean, Location is perfect close to MTR and seawall. Lots of food choices in and around the property. This is my first to choice to stay in TST good value for location.

Excellent staycation!”
We booked a junior suite. when we checked in we were informed we got upgraded to a sky deluxe room with panoramic harbour view. The hotel staff Andy had been very professional and helpful. He extended our checkout time to 1pm so that we can take our time to pack after breakfast and maximum out rest. The lounge we have access to has canape and serves cocktails at night. Quite a decent lounge. The lounge staff were very friendly and professional too that they remembered our names and top up our drinks diligently. We also spent time to enjoy the pool, suana and fitness. Good location as only a few mins walk from MTR station. Exceptional experience and will definitely recommend to friends and family!

Convenient 5-star hotel in city centre”
Good location and many food choices nearby. I was staying in the hotel room for undisturbed work and online meetings it fulfilled my need. Room is clean and spacious, with a large working desk and stable WiFi. Free drinks and accessories are adequate for me to enjoy a private and comfortable moment in the room too. The big gym room with sunlight also allowed me to relax a bit before working.

I booked a one-bed room but they couldn’t offer me such room type upon arrival, nonetheless, the two-bed room is quite spacious and very clean, which is especially important during pandemic time. The house keeper (a lady on the 11th floor) has done a great job keeping my room clean and tidy during my stay for an entire week.

Wonderful Stay”
We were upgraded to the sky tower with wonderful views across to Hong Kong. The facilities were amazing with electric curtains, tv in bathroom, fantastic bath and rainshower. The in-house restaurants were all top class too. The bed and bed linen were some of the best we have slept in. Very comfortable stay and very near MTV subway.

Beautiful hotel, was always a joy taking the escalating up and down and seeing the courtyard inside. Hotel is located in an ideal area of East Tsim Sha Tsui close to the boardwalk. Lovely roof pool and spa facilities. Our basic room was upgraded due to lack of availability and it was very spacious (for Hong Kong standards). Beds were comfortable, staff was nice, and we had a pleasant stay.

Good hotel but not good timing”
I stayed in there on 18 Nov. When I stayed in HK the week on 18 Nov. 'S last week. And nothing special protests in Tsim Sa Chui. So I booked this hotel but that day was the biggest protest day in HK and that location was behind this hotel.(Polytechnic Uni.) The windows are covered and when I back to hotel the protest was really serious. I have to do many things next day but I'm worried about the traffic. Also when I back to hotel I have to walk 30 min because of all the road closed. I counln' t lie on the bed or use some service and change the hotel. I hope I can stay again this hotel with good news and can use the good hotel service. I hope you getting well.

Lovely”
Our group of 5 stayed for one night only. Sadly. Beds are the most comfortable ones I have slept in. We enjoyed the hot tub and the pool at the rooftop. The staff provided us with some glasses so we could have drinks near the pool. Even though we asked for the smoking room, since they had a really bad smell, we asked to change for a non-smokers room and they provided one for us. Would come back here for sure.

Best for the value”
Our room is clean, facilities are in will condition. The bed is a bit too soft and my wife wakes all night every time I moved. My kids leave next door, the air con is not strong as ours, the lightning is too dark so the overall atmosphere and feeling is worse than ours. All facilities are great in the hotel, the meals from restaurants are more expensive than the room rate but there’s lots of options near by.

Exceptional”
This is our 2nd time to stay in this hotel. The place is very clean and pristine. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the manager at the 12 floor, Ms. Teresa Kua who assisted us in our check in and she made us a room upgrade with a nice harbour view. It was unforgettable experience for our 14th anniversary.

A Great 5 Star Hotel to stay in Hong Kong”
We booked a suite which included use of a mobile phone and internet for the term of our stay. The room also included drinks and canapés every evening which is worth getting. The hotel has a number of speciality restaurants which are not cheap but there are alternatives if you don't want to dine there. There are also a number of restaurants around the hotel so you have unlimited options. The pool on the top floor was good but quite crowded at peak times and the gym was good. We enjoyed our stay there and would go back again.

We were upgraded to a suite which was a very pleasant surprise, the room was amazing.
