Great Place to Stay”
Royal Plaza Hotel is a perfect choice after our bad experience in our existing hostel booking, they saved us and made our vacation memorable. We stayed here for 3 nights, 2 nights direct booking via phone booking and 1 night via Agoda because the guy who assisted us during check-in suggested that if we decided to extend our stay the best option to get the lower price is to book in the 3rd party website so that we can avail the discounted price and luckily we follow his suggestion. The front desk in-charge is very friendly and they suggested the best option on how we can saved our money. Moko Mall is connected in this Hotel and the MTR station is underneath the hotel, and the bus terminal is right beside the hotel, flower market, jade market is walking distance and if you loved walking then you can reach prince edward using the footbridge. There are lot of stores for food and shopping nearby. The family room is big enough to cater 4 adults and 2 children, the bathroom is very clean and big and bonus the bath tub is perfect to relax. They have free water bottled water. I will highly recommend this hotel and I will book and stay here again when I come back in HK. Everything inside our hotel room is perfect😘

Stunning! Amazing! Pure Royal and Luxary!”
My family and I spent one night there and it was the experience was amazing. Honestly every staff in the hotel that we encountered was extremely friendly and happy. Artemis from the front desk handled us with great profession and also being extra helpful at the same time with my family during this covid19. She ensured us a worry-free safe stay at the hotel on our staycation and the maintenance of the hotel has also proven it is true! (We had stay at a 4 star hotel in central where no hand soap were provided). Every staff was serving with joy and I was so impressed with this organization. To the rooms, amazing, the design of the room is to make guest feel cozy, a royalty and luxurious. We can tell the comfort of the guest is important for them because we can also feel it. A perfecr 10 star is too easy for this comfort royal stay. Would definitely come back again for more royalty experience! Steps away from the Moko mall and a comfort covered walk to the busy street of Mongkok! Highly recommended and we will come back for more in the near future.

Good location. Nice hotel”
If you're travelling more than 2 person. It's better for you to ride TAXI (red color) from HK international airport. Price around HK$270. Actually i would like to ride AIRPORT express. But the guy in ticket counter suggested me to ride taxi (after he saw there were 4 people of us) - im with my wife and 2 children, 6 & 12 yo. The check in process is fast eventough there were a lot of guest in check in line. We got plaza deluxe family room. It's big enough for 4 of us. Nice and clean bathroom with bathtub and shower (not separated). 2 queen bedroom inside our family room. We stayed 3 nights. But the breakfast was not so good in my opinion. The swimming pool was really great. The temperature of pool's water was perfect. Not to cold eventough there were some rain during our time. Outdoor jacuzzi beside the pool was hot. Really good. Gym is small but good enough. Sauna and steam room inside locker room are small but great enough. This hotel is attach to MOKO Mall.

Everything is in one word “great”.”
1.Ideal location! Located inside a shopping mall MOKO where there is a MTR station Mongkok East. So easy to go wherever you want from center Hong Kong such as Tsim sa Tsui to outside Tung Chung. We came to Hong Kong on days of Typhoon signals number 8, that meant we couldn’t go out to join any planning activities. However we still had a place to go around like MOKO which has many stores, coffee shops and of course a food course named Food Opera with reasonable prices but still delicious. 2. Friendly helpful staffs. 3. Big room with full of amenities and cleanliness. 4. Buffet breakfast time is from 6:30-10:30am with various options from Hong Kong dim sum, noodles to western and Halal breakfast. There’s also many kind of breads. Especially the drinking line is many choices from hot to cold, from fruit juices to milk, and 4 coffee machines from regular coffee, espresso to cappuccino, latte.

Exceptional facilities and service”
We opted for a room on the 19th floor, which provided access to the comfortable lounge on that floor. The lounge served the full breakfast in quiet comfort, and had afternoon tea and evening wine and heavy hors d'euvers. The staff here were extremely attentive and helpful with suggestions and reservations. The front desk , concierge, and tour desk were similarly above and beyond in service. The location was superb, being next to a large modern mall, and to an MRT station. Another was a short walk away. Also close by was the "Ladies Market" and the markets of Fa Yuen Street. The room was very comfortable and had an actual coffee maker as opposed to instant coffee. Soft pillows and a great shower plus tub. All amenities were provided and the room cleaned professionally by the staff. We enjoyed our stay and recommend the hotel highly.

Convenient 5-star hotel with friendly staff”
We stayed at Royal Plaza for one night only. It is definitely too short but a nice stay. Everything has been easy and smooth. The staff are always helpful and friendly: - special thanks in particular to Sammy who lent me the card to access the washroom after I check-out because I was all wet under red rainstorm warning signal. - big thank to Artemis for the early check-in arrangement despite we arrived at the hotel early at noon. - every staff greet you with a kind smile and answer enquiries in a patient manner Under COVID-19 threat, they have various means to maintain the hygiene, including separating the disinfected and not yet disinfected pen, using the disinfection spray immediately after the lift’s in use etc. Rooms are nice and spacious. Don’t feel crowded with four persons in a Plaza Deluxe Family Room. The Gym room facility and swimming pool look good as well. Unfortunately I did not bring the suitable clothing so that I cannot get in. Although I did not have the chance to use the hotel facility, the hotel location is super convenient that it is located next to Moko in the centre of Hong Kong with a lot of restaurant and entertainment options. I would recommend this hotel to everyone, especially with a very attractive price and package recently. I have already reserved my next stay to celebrate the birthday of my family. Hopefully I can have another wonderful experience and explore different sides of the hotel.

Good service”
Arrived and there is a queue at the check in counter and I was babywear my sleeping baby and queuing up to check in . One of the staff came over and invited me to the counter at the other side with comfy seat and proceed to do Check in for me and when the room is not ready , she even help to ask when it will be ready and in another 10-15 min the room is ready for use. They even bring up baby bathtub and cot after that. During my 3 days stay there was very comfy and clean. They even extended check out time to 12pm for us. On the day we left , we took the free shuttle bus to Kowloon and when the shuttle bus reach the hotel, the staff even helped us load the heavy luggages and stroller up to the bus for us without us asking. I could say there service is very good and they are very considerate.

Highly recommended hotel”
We got 3 family rooms and got them at a good price from Agoda considering it is the holidays. Exceptional customer service from the guards, lobby staff, concierge, front desk, and housekeeping. Room size is big and can comfortably fit up to 4 adults. We requested for early check in, rooms all at the same floor and near each other, and late check out and all our requests were happily accommodated. Hotel is linked directly to Moko Mall, and Mongkok East MTR. It is also a 10min walk to Prince Edward MTR. Will stay here again next time we go to HK. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay truly wonderful and special commendation to Joseph at the lobby, and also to the housekeeping lady at the 11F :)

A memorable stay in Royal Plaza”
First of all, the hotel is easy to access, right above Moko Mall and close to MTR station. Second, the checkin process is faster than expected and the staff is very helpful and the hotel provided high floor as we requested. Thanks for the hotel’s arrangement. Third, when we enter the room, it’s super nice , clean and tidy. The king size bed is really king size instead of combining two beds together. The bathtub is very nice and we had a great time there. As the hotel provided the highest floor for us, we can enjoy the nice Kowloon view and the sunrise during the stay . Thanks a lot for it.

Beyond expectations.”
The hotel is an incredible value. The rooms are huge for Hong Kong standards. The hotel was accommodating to reserve three rooms adjacent to each other making it easy to communicate with the others. I stayed in the 13th floor. Best of all, you can call room to room using the provided room telephone. The bathroom was stacked with things I don’t expect to be there. Shaver, comb, bath gel, bath lotion, shampoo, conditioner, cotton buds and more. The bottled water is replaced everyday. The bed is super comfortable. I got a huge king size bed all to myself. The bed sheets are replaced every single day. The hotel is integrated with the shopping mall, Moko and Mong Kok East MTR station. It has easy accessibility to visit Shenzhen (via Lo Wu or Lok Ma Chau) and Hung Hom which is connected to the West Rail Line and a huge array of buses that will bring you to Hong Kong Island. Visiting Mong Kok is an easy breeze with the integrated walkway via Moko. It will take you roughly 10 mins walk. Mong Kok MTR station can be accessed by the same walkway. You can head to Elements (Kowloon MTR or High Speed Rail) and Prince Edward MTR via the included hotel shuttle bus. Airport Express users can use the included Airport Express shuttle which will bring you directly to the hotel. The hotel has a reasonably sized swimming pool with an included jacuzzi. The hotel has a strict policy of wearing swimming trunks before you are allowed to access the pool. Muslim guests should be relieved that the La Scalia restaurant offers halal food however at a steep price. I can recommend this place wholeheartedly and wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this place in a heartbeat. We didn’t actually see the protests going on anywhere. Thanks to the staff for making our entire stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Worth your money”
We stayed for 5 nights. The facilities were superb. The place is super clean. Just a walking distance from MTR. The hotel requires 500HKD deposit per night. However since we already checked in late we don't have enough HKD since we plan to have our money changed at TST (Higher exchange rate). I offered to deposit PHP instead of HKD but the staff refused and told us that she will just block the movie section of the TV and we will no longer need to deposit anything. So if you don't want to deposit just tell the staff and they will make arrangements for you. We will definitely choose this hotel again when we come back to visit HK. 👍🏼

Great Hotel in that price ! Simply Amazing Front Desk Staff and Salute to the Housekeeping Dept for keeping the rooms clean but please impose room checks because the room smells of Cigarettes Smoke 💨 and the hotel need to monitor and fine the defaulters who smoke in Non smoking rooms ! Otherwise the stay Was comfortable and the buffet was absolute value for money Guesta recommended to book the buffet breakfast one night in advance to enjoy $80 discounted price !! :-) Cheers and Merry Christmas 🎄 and HNY !! 2021 I hope 2020 leaves soon

Great hotel with great location, great staff and great price”
The location is excellent. This hotel is connected to a shopping mall, MOCO which MTR station Mong Kok East directly is. Many must-eat nice food are within walking distance. They also provide free shutter bus to HK airport (luggage allowed) and Tsim Tsa Tsui The Sun Arcade mall (luggage is not allowed). The staff is helpful can speak fluent English. The room is spacious and clean, this hotel is equipped with gym room and swimming pool too.

Great value”
I've stayed at this hotel before they did a refurbishment a few years ago. It was a standard affair and the hotel seemed to have catered for massive groups from the mainland. Something happened this time though...it was the first time after many stays I received a 'Welcome back' from the reception, I think her name was Ursalinda (?)..great stuff! I was earlier than guaranteed check-in so returned in an hour and was greeted by Michelle. My room was ready and I guess in recognition of my loyalty I was upgraded...great stuff! This is not what good hotels do, this is what a great hotels does. Rooms are great, location sits above a shopping mall but also well within walking distance to markets and train stations. Top points to reception BUT, concierge must have missed the memo on great customer service. They need to learn how to engage and connect with the guest even when its busy. I'll definitely stay again next time I'm in Hong Kong

Super hotel and good service”
We stayed for the first time in Royal Plaza November this year. We booked a Royal club room with facilities for the lounge for one night. At arrival check in service was good organized and the room full fill all our expectations. Good size, clean and complete. The lounge facility was super as well the breakfast in the morning. This was reason to book directly our next stay for 3 nights in December. The location of the hotel is very good. Close the shopping area and metro/train station. Overall recommendation to stay in your Hong Kong trip

i stayed here with my family, includes baby and grandparents. its cozy and the staff are friendly. the check in doesn't take a long time so its good for me. the room was clean!! its the most important thing bc i hate it when the room not clean. the location of this hotel was really perfect. connected to mall with so much food selection (there's foodcourt too) and the mosttt needed, it connected to a train station so its easy to travel around. this hotel isss amazing. i will stay at this hotel again when i go to hongkong next time.

Hotel with nice location; check-in arrangement could be improved”
The room is clean, neat and tidy. Convenient location in which I can get food nearby. However, it took a quite long time (around one hour) to queue for check-in. Another thing is that I booked two rooms more than two weeks in advance, but the front desk couldn't arrange the two rooms next to each other because there were many bookings during the weekend. Two rooms on the same floor was the best that could be arranged. A bit disappointed about this because I thought I made the booking early enough.

We had a wonderful stay at Royal Plaza Hotel. Everything from check-in to check-out was good. The room is clean. The location of the hotel is great with the MOKO mall connected to the hotel and Mongkok East MTR station within the mall. It's so accessible. The Mongkok area around the hotel has lots of places to satisfy your food cravings. Ladies market is within 10 mins walk. We will choose to stay here again next time. Thumbs up!

Very cozy and accessible yet affordable”
We choose the family premier plus rom and stayed to this hotel for 8days. The staff were really nice. The room is very clean and spacious for us with 4 adults and two children. The bathroom has two division the first one is a bathtub with tv and the other one is where the toilet is but no bidet only tissue. There's a mall connected to the hotel so buying food and souvenirs is really convenient. There's also a playground on that mall for the kids to enjoy and an MTR station that make's it easy to travel with kids.
