Hello! I was a solo traveler. I only spoke a few words of Japanese. This was my first experience abroad. Pros: - The train station is right outside of the hotel. (Keisei-Koiwa Station) - Edogawa City (where the hotel is located) is not too dead, but not too busy. - 7-11, grocery store, drug store, and a few places to eat are all within a short walk. - Staff is extremely friendly and speak pretty good English. - There is a washer and dryer you can use. (It costs a little yen, and they also sell laundry soap at the front desk) Cons: - I'm a small guy, and the bathroom felt small for me. - The bed wasn't the comfiest. (But I have slept on beds that weren't as comfy) - Bed only had 1 pillow. (I'm a 2 pillow kinda guy, but I guess that comes down to preference) Overall, I enjoyed my experience at this hotel. Good value for the price. Thank you Skyheart hotel for making me feel safe and welcomed !

The room was big, but we thought it was not really clean and a bit old. Luckily we stayed here one night and that was okay for us. The location was good for us, because we needed to go to Narita airport.

I travelled with my 9yr old son. He enjoys the mini bathtub. Its very near to the train station. There is a lot of stores and restaurants nearby. Its not a crowded place compared to shinjuku or shibuya. We will definetely come back here. Kudos to the helpful and friendly staff

Hotel is a super old hotel and old furniture, n there is no lift from lev1 to the reception level (lev2). Overall check in is smooth and hotel staff are polite and fast. Room rates are low, since the hotel is old and location is far from the city area. Since we only need a safe place to sleep at night, the facilities and condition is not really that critical.

Thank you for your comment. Hotel is a little away from downtown, but it is easy by using Keisei Line. Our hotel is not located in the downtown area, so anyone can book rooms at a low price. Certainly the entrance is only the stairs. You can use the elevator from the second floor. Call the staff using the intercom set up on the stairs. Our staff will assist with the transport of your luggage. If you like Tokyo and also our hotel, please stay again. Thank you very much.

Stay for 8 nights, room is quiet spacious for tokyo standard. Good location, near to keisei koiwa station (around 200 meters), where you can ride train directly to haneda or narita airport, very convenience.

Brilliant Customer Service”
Myself and my Husband decided to visit Japan for our Honeymoon. We weren’t after anything lavish in terms of a hotel room, the room may be slightly dated but the facilities were in brilliant condition. The addition of the laundry room downstairs is a bonus! The staff are very informative and friendly. Cleaning staff were proactive and always respected your space. My only criticism is that there was a lack of storage space for clothes, we stayed there for 12 nights and had to live out of the suitcase, But that was minimal regarding the stay!

Good value budget hotel away from busy central Tokyo”
It's a budget hotel & not bang up to date, but the double room was big by Japanese standards. Very friendly staff & cheap restaurant right next door. The neighbourhood is relaxed compared to central Tokyo, although Ueno is only 20mins away on the train. You can also get the local trains connection from Narita airport a cheaper option than the Narita express etc.

Really good deal for your money”
Good for a few nights- staff was wonderful, location perfect. There was even a family park within walking distance and lots of stores and shops for everything you need. Really great quiet area.. super nice and wonderful. Only thing I'd recommend is to fix the bad odor in the bathroom and make sure all parts of room is clean. Old building but okay! Lobby is 2nd floor, have to take the stairs but staff helped with carrying. I would stay here again for sure.. we recommend Sky Heart Hotel Koiwa!

Tiene un buen trato con los huespedes, es limpio, tiene excelenge ubicacion ya que la estacio Koiwa esta frente al hotel de igual forma los restaurates y tiendas de autoservicio muy recomendado -Sergio My boyfriend and I were very satisfied with our stay in this hotel.. Old and dusty more like apartment than hotel”
The room is old with very dusty windows and curtains. I literally need to wear mask while sleeping and it is not me just being over acting. I ask to change room but was told no available, the next day still cannot take the room, was showed a smoking room, and it is too very dusty so i remain in my old room. The toilet is too small and the water heater is very difficult to adjust. Location is very like Very far from tokyo and needs a lot of transfer. If you want to enjoy your stay do not book in this hotel that actually looks like a studio room than hotel. Some reception staff are nice, only saw a lady throughout our stay and she is not very nice, i request to be change to clean room and she wants me to pay additional per night, like WTH! The only good thing in this area (not the hotel) is grocery store nearby and a local restaurant which has a very nice and cheap meal. Even if hotel price is cheaper, don't book here you need to pay a lot in the transport and transfers. Do not book.

A great overall budget hotel. Excellent value for the price with plenty of food options near by. The train station is literally outside of the hotel which is very convenient. The size of the room is what you would expect from a budget hotel in Japan and the room is relevantly clean. I would rate my overall stay was comfortable dispite the bathroom being so small especially the bathtub but I would definitely stay here again as I am expected to visit Japan again next year

We appologize about the bathroom as you have said,it is really small. But we always recomend to our guests to use the public bath near from our hotel. A hotel near the city yet still near the airport”
My stay at the sky court koiwa hotel is so good. The location is so good. It is 1 train from the airport and yet it still near the city. The train station/bus stop/ Grocery/ restaurant/ 7 11 is almost 2 minutes away.

The staff are very nice and the hotwl near Keisei-Koiwa Station. Nearby have lots of restaurant and there's a 100yen Lawson convenient stores and drug store just around the corner. Will stay here next time when come to Tokyo.

Very near station and the price is very recommended”
Very near keisei koiwa station no need to walk too far, good hospitality for late checked in. My card was unauthorized but they're not cancel my booking. Thanks But the minor is they only change the bedsheet on monday and thursday, because it is old hotel i have a bad experience in middle of the night, it's very spooky.
