Great location, great service ”
Love how close to the Ginza line this was. Lots of food options nearby as well as shopping either at Ameyoko or even at Mitsukoshi a few metro stops down. Staff was so helpful. Amenities are great, bath salts, bath sponge, facial cleansers, toners, moisturizers to choose from. Toothbrush and paste sets, razors. A small fridge in the room to keep drinks cool. Plug-ins everywhere, even one right at the headboard. Rooms a a bit small but to be expected. Air conditioning works well. Staff even lent me an umbrella during a rainy day. I would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel with great location”
This is my second time staying with Sotetsu. The hotel is near Keisei skyliner, Ginza line, Chiyoda line, Oedo line. Just cross the street to Ameyoko. Room is nice and clean. Staff are nice and helpful. Will stay with Sotetsu again.

Good location & clean room”
The location is good. Near to subway, JR & Keisei Skyliner. Room is clean and comfort. Too bad can’t sleep long, because everyday went out early for attraction places. I like the herbal shampoo very much. Definitely will stay again if I come back Tokyo in future.

Great place to stay”
Ueno is a region you are recommended to visit during your trip in Japan, and this is the best business hotel to stay for your short visit. The room is obviously not big, but 1 or 2 travelers would not go through so much hardship staying here for one or couple of days. Other things such as hygiene or service qualities were above expectation. Highly recommend to stay.

Good location, nice staff”
Locate near underground train,, near sky liner to airport. very good location, near Ameyoko market, ueno park, Takeya shopping center. Nice staff, easy to find something to eat. you can leave baggage and go for travel between the day and get it back in the evening. The hotel entry is a bit small.

Air conditioner's vent needs to be cleaned”
Perfect location. Within 100m radius you can get almost everything you need - Matsuzakaya, Don Quixote, Matsumoto Kiyoshi, 7-Eleven, Family Mart etc you name it. Metro/JR stations are 3 mins walk. Staffs are able to speak English with perfect understanding of guests' requirements. The only thing needs to be improved is that the AC's vent needs to be cleaned. There were too much dirts sticking on the wind deflector.

i would like to book again whenever i come to Tokyo. Check-in process was smooth, and i was shocked because it was super high tech. Room is quite small but acceptable since it's Tokyo after all. Very close to train station, close to market, and all.

Great location”
Typical Japanese business hotel, room is small but clean. Nice location if you need to go to Narita airport, only few mins walk to Ueno station. 3 Subway lines and 1 JR line are all within few minutes. The only complain is check-out time, it is too early(10am) than regular hotels. But just like others, you can always store your luggage in the front desk. If the price is decent, it's a great choice for you in Ueno area.
