Beautiful place!”

It’s such a beautiful destination with staff that are friendly and ready to help. (Shout out to the bar staff!) It’s just a shame that a certain type of traveller was arriving by the bus load...loud, disrespectful to travellers, staff and sea life and poorly behaved in general. The grounds were perfectly maintained and the restaurant served up wonderful food. We’ll be back!

The staff superb, awesome service. Buffet Breakfast choices excellent. Food choices for lunch and dinner limited and pricey, taste too ‘fusiony’ for lack of a better term. It wasn’t bad but I wanted authentic ‘Kare-Kare”. One stone crab was Php 1500.00. One pompano Php 895 prepared to order. Massage not too good. The worst part of the entire resort were the other Asian non-Filipino guests. For an American couple used to Southeast Asian/Filipino warmth these Koreans???Japanese??! Chinese??? with stony stares and no response when nodded/smiled/greeted e.g. ‘good morning’ or ‘hello,’ made our whole stay really weird. Couldn’t tell because no one wanted to talk to us. We usually interact with other travelers and being with people like these make me want to stay elsewhere next time. There were only two other Caucasian couples in the entire place.

The BEST that Bohol has to offer”

Staff were courteous and very attentive. I informed the resort that we were celebrating our anniversary and to our surprise, everyone from the housekeeping to the waiters KNEW and greeted us! The place was beautifully maintained, hands down my favorite in the Philippines. I can't wait to go back!!!

stay here instead of alona beach!”

The beach here is much nicer and not crowded with boats. We rented a scooter to get to Alona beach whenever we wanted to eat at restaurants. The breakfast buffet has a huge selection. All in all, great stay!

Weekend getaway ”

The place is very relaxing and nice! Well maintained... staff is very friendly, accommodating, helpful and warm... beach and pool are perfect! Room is cozy, clean and big. We love the eco-friendly set up, water is not in a plastic bottle and refillable! Food is great! We’ll definitely come back! Suggestion: If you will have a beach wedding, please make sure to provide a big fan, in the area.

Nicest resort I’ve been to so far ”

If you’re looking somewhere to relax and just be away from everything and be in paradise, this is the place to go. Even though I only stayed one night I definitely regret not booking more nights. Will definitely be returning

Very good service from the warm & thoughtful staff, with small touches of hospitality here & there. At dinner, our server immediately noticed that my friend had a hoarse voice & offered that warm ginger tea was available. Food is good, & the acoustic solo that accompanied dinner was top-notch. Even though they were fully booked, the place didn’t feel packed, except maybe unless everyone was at dinner. Daybeds & hammocks dot in between the numerous palm trees around the rooms, perfect for relaxing! Lots of lounging options at the beachfront as well, for those looking to perfect their tan. Beds are comfortable, & there are even options for different kinds of pillows available. Highly recommended!!!

Everyone was truly nice, esp. the restaurant staff. Thank you for treating our toddler well. :) Food was a bit on the expensive side, but was delish. Breakfast buffet had lots of food options to choose from. Our room (deluxe beach front) was made up 2x a day by housekeeping. Once in the morning, and then late afternoon including a turn down treat (love the peanut kisses!). The resort itself was clean and super relaxing. If we had the budget, we'd've stayed more than 4 days. Hehe!

Picture Perfect”

This is definitely a 5 star resort. plenty of land area, so it never seemed crowded eventhough the resort was full for the easter weekend. Was planning to return again this year, but sadly, easter weekend was sold out 6+ months ahead...wow!

Good location but expensive”

All is very well (better be for the high prices they charge). I have only these complaints: - the bed is way to o soft - breakfast buffet plundered half an hour before closing and not filled up anymore - restaurant food is expensive and does not taste great: you are better off in the neighbouring resort - they charge 500 PHP for a 10 minute ride in their van ...

Relaxing resort with friendly staff”

We had a wonderful stay here in South Palms. The resort has a relaxing vibe, instagram-worthy views and free amenities for the kids to enjoy. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. We will definitely return!

Best By the Beach resort in Panglao! ”

Everything about this resort was superb. The staffs made our vacation better with their excellent services. The villas and facilities were well maintained. What you see on the photos is what will you actually see when you're there. Totally wonderful experience! Will definitely be back.

Beautiful Resort, 10mintues from Airport, 10 minutes from Alona Beach. Very great attitude of staff and place is beautiful makes it one of the perfect locations around! Would happily recommend to a friend (And we may back again sometime in the future).

nothing can beat the views, the location, the ambiance - it is heaven!! food quality and variety can be improved, available accessibility for guests in and out of the resort should be thoroughly thought of and highly considered but management. i think an investment of golf carts to ferry in and out of guests from hotel lobby to main road can elevate this resort services and facilities to next level - with the customer needs in mind..

Best vacation resort. ”

Before we came to South Palms we were staying at the Hennan, I have to say, if you are looking for a more quiet and relax place to go, South Palms is your CHOICE!!! The free snorkeling tour is fantastic, although watch out the sea urchins, even though I have worn the shoes, still step on the sea urchins, but the staff is professional and helped to clean the wound!!! And the food here is amazing too, the price they charge is like heavenly cheap compared to Taiwan hotels. I will be back!!! 總之就是推推推！！建議可以Henann跟這間都住唷！！各住一半不同的大享受～

Beautiful resort”

We loved how secluded the beach feels compared to alona beach. This feels luxury. We love love love the food and great buffet as well. Will definitely love to come back. Only drawback is mosquitoes in the room.

Amazing beach - good room - amazing staff”

About the hotel itself first : the room is clean (although there was just a shower, no bath) , the facilities are great and the beach is abolutely amazing. A lot of spaces to rest (sofas, hamac, etc), instangram worthy ;) The pool is a bit small, not super inviting (but again, why going into the pool when the sea is that nice) But the best part here was the staff : really super nice people, always trying to make you feel happy and confortable. One example : Our daughter was sick in the evening and the nurse (they have a 24h nurse) woke up, took care of her, joined us at the hospital : and the transportation Hotel -> hospital -> hotel was totally free of charge, at 2am in the morning. it is extremely rare and we loved it.

All you need on Bohol. Lovely garden-concept, great beach, clean, friendly, safe, good internet, large à la carte menu, live music, all services to check-out the sea, and during the rainy season far less to no rain on Panglao comparied to the main island.
