Reasonable price with options of pillows before checking in. Room size is a bit small but well-equipped. Very eco-friendly interior design and healthy breakfast! Manager is super friendly! Will definitely stay again if travelling to Tokyo.

I've traveled to Tokyo a few times and this is the first time I've stayed in a Superhotel. Room is small, but that's really standard for economy/business hotel in Japan, and it's enough for 1 person, and I like how they have the room set up. The staff are very nice, and the breakfast was really good. It's also very convenient: close to the train station, and there are convenient stores nearby.. Would definitely stay here again.

Near to Shimbashi eateries”

Super Hotel (Supahoteru Shimbashi) is some 7 mins pleasant walk from Shimbashi station, walking through the eating streets of many good shops, izakayas & restaurants; good quality food, reasonably priced. we ate there the 3 nights we stayed . Shimbashi station by itself is on the Yamanote line, and only 2 stations south of Tokyo (shinkansen terminates here)--so this hotel is pretty good location. Supahoteru Shimbashi is pretty mini hotel, just 6 units to a floor; rooms & bathrooms are typically Tokyo-size--if you have big luggages--that would be a big tight to walk. They offer several types of pillows (interesting) Staffs are very helpful, cheerful & obliging. Dining is pretty small--but the breakfast is good quality compared to the other 2 hotels we stayed (ShinOsaka & Narita.)

Great hotel”

A bit of a walk to the nearest train station but not unreasonable. Good breakfast service and excellent rooms. You get a choice of pillows if for some reason you arent a fan of the default "bead pillows" that japanese hotels like to offer.

The staff were lovely! Rooms were small but that was what we expected. Very clean and exactly what we needed! The breakfast was really Japanese and delicious. The only thing I didn’t figure out was how to use the Coin laundry, but I was lazy and decided to do laundry at our next destination instead. I’m sure it’s not that difficult. Will definitely be staying at Super Hotel Shimbashi again, and any other super hotel in Japan.

Good if you are alone and get the bargain price”

I booked this hotel in Jan and stayed in March. When I used Google Map for the direction I found out the price for one room is discounted for 66% (1500yen to 500yen)!! I didn't asked to staff since I had late in and out.. but this will be never delightful for any customer. Other than that all great. So you better check the price again before you go and when you still can cancel.

The hotel was close to shidome and JR Shimbashi station. Staffs were great. Rooms are small, but it was nice and clean. Perfect for solo travelers and couples.

Near to Shinbashi Station”

Its hotel near to Shinbashi JR station & Shiodome Station. Clean and staffs were helpful. Hotel abit tidy but cosy. Get nice price during Tokyo Maranthon on Feb 18! Nearby have a lot restaurant which open until 2am.

Good Location & Clean Place ”

We stayed 5 nights at this hotel and everything went smoothly. The place is clean and tidy — well kept. Rooms are typical business hotel size.. not very large with compact bath. Japanese style breakfast served were good enough (not gourmet) to start a day. This establishment is really designed and caters to business travelers so it is not tourist oriented — just know what you are getting when checked in here. Locations is good as it is close to Shimbashi Station so accessing JR service if one holds the pass this is convenient. Shops and restaurant closed-by are all meant for business folks so very tiny and quaint — tourists like ourselves might feel a bit shy sitting amongst them after work hours if cannot fluently converse with them. The hotel is also super close to Ginza area with all fency designer stores ($$$$). Young and hip foreign travelers not with deep pockets might want to re-think about booking rooms here; it is also quiet far from trendy areas (Shibuya/Harajuku/Shinjuku).

Though its located in an alley just behind the main road. Its only10 minutes walk from shinbashi station. Staff are friendly and greets you everytime you enter or leave the hotel. Feels like home! The room is small but clean.

Stopped in Tokyo for a couple of days before moving on to the snow and needed a place last minute. Very happy I found this Super Hotel. Room is small as you'd expect, but had a good sized bed, good bathroom and everything needed for a traveler. Would stay in again.

it was quite renovated hotel, quite modern hotel. it was good stay. breakfast was good too. I stay double room it was at top floor of building, so I could enjoy wonderful city view as well.

Value for money”

Courteous staff, clean room, wifi, 8 min walk from Shimbashi station, warm toilet seat, no noise, can choose different pillows, for ladies can pick 5 different amenities (eg mask, leg gel, hair treatment pack etc) every night. Value for money!
