Highly recommend for its excellent services and facitilies”
We stayed for 8 days for renovation purpose and had a wonderful stay. The staffs are attentive, considerate, helpful and would initiate, e.g. housekeeping lady would suggest to bring me a baby stool when she saw that I put the bin upside down to act as a stool for my toddler, someone would bring a stool to my friend's side when she noticed that she put her bag on the floor, someone would come to me and offered me tea when I went outside to sit at the outdoor bench; the pool is easy to book and not packed, I feel very catered to and well serviced. They also have different kid activities such as playroom, slime making, painting, excellent for parents!

A very enjoyable Christmas staycation. The hotel staff offered a special food credit package of HKD1000 for HKD1500 equivalent credit that can be used at hotel restaurants and in-room dinning. For the government enforced social distancing rules, it is best to do in-room dinner with great offers like this. Great food quality, both for the in-room dinning and the semi-buffet breakfast at Tai Pan and Garen Lounge. Will come back again!

Beyond 6 stars stay ”
The service was beyond 6 stars. First, there's a very high quality chocolate cake in the room to welcome us. Second, they helped me iron my wedding dress in a professional way as they ran out of steamer for guests. Third, they helped me ship back one of my wedding dresses professionally. All the staff was super welcoming with smile and politeness. This is beyond any 5 stars hotel I have been to. First time I have such high rating to a hotel stay!

Staffs are helpful despite the chaotic checkin”
First of all, the hotel staffs are nice and helpful. All of them are very nice to our dog. However, checkin was a bit hectic despite having approximately 10 staffs helping guests to check in at the counters. We arrived to check in at 3pm and waited roughly an hour to be served. By 4ish, we had all the paperwork signed, but the staff told us our room was being cleaned. They then offered us free drinks at their rooftop bar while we waited another hour to get our room. Overall, we appreciated their arrangement, although I would very much like to have our room sooner, BUT to be fair I guess many five stars hotels in town also have the same checkin issue due to this long weekend holidays and staycation offers.

Very impressed by this hotel in HK. While the hotel is not within walking distance from Central, it is still very accessible via cabs/Uber. The room is spacious with sleek and clean layout. I love the experience and would love to come back here for another stay.

I really enjoyed our staycation in The Murray. The hotel design is modern yet classy, simple yet elegant, decorated mainly with black/white marble and gold. The staff were attentive and friendly. We were upgraded to the Grand Room. The room was large and equipped with smart TV, king size bed and working area. Bathroom was amazing with separate bath and shower. Hotel also gave us a delicious chocolate cake for the birthday occasion. I’m definitely looking forward to another stay at The Murray!

Amazing staycation”
Due to strict social distancing measurements, my friend and I were not able to use the spa and swimming pool facilities but the staycation was amazing. The smart tv is great, mirroring my phone to the screen (which surprisingly not all five-stars hotels have this feature), with great audio speakers. Just one downside is the buffet, it was crowded so would have been great if this was more controlled.
