Location is excellent. Even if you are not into the high end shopping of Ginza, it is well located for many transport optionsand there are many things to do late at night if hit by jetlag. Rooms were quite small but comfortable (Ive had smaller in Tokyo) but there were cleanliness issues in one of the four rooms we had. `nothing disgusting but some more attention could be paid. Small but decent gym (mainly for cardio) and excellent common spaces. Some staff were excellent and friendly, a couple were a bit indifferent and indifferent and less approachable and this doesn't really work in hospitable Japan, especially in a hotel. Overall, I'd recomment as the minus points are not too many and could be improved.

Good location, pretty boutique hotel ”
The hotel is small and in the side street near Ginza Six. Location-wise, it is perfect if you love Ginza. The metro is about 8-min walk away. The only drawback is that it doesn't have airport limousine service and you have to walk to another hotel nearby for that. The hotel staff have pretty good English (in Japanese standard, this is rare) and the male staff who checked me in was very friendly and helpful. There isn't a lot of fancy supplies like in some big hotels such as facial products but they have all the basic amenities like hairbrush, slippers, toothbrush, and bathroom supplies. I would recommend this hotel if you want to be around Ginza.

Was a great location 350m from the Ginza and Shimbashi stations. Room was quite small for 2 adults and a child could have been designed better but was hardly there as was exploring. Communal kitchen was amazing and staff were very friendly

It is very convenient. Family mart, 7 eleven and other store all is around you. So you dont have to worry about food supply in early morning or late night. Beside there is alot restaurant around you. If you hunger for food. Most of the item selling here is branded, expected to be expensive.

A new hotel started in March 2019, so facilities are pretty new and in good condition. Location is very good, conveniently located beside a family mart and ginza main shopping street, and 5mins walk to mrt. Room is small but well it’s the norm in Tokyo. Fridge and safe located in the toilet. Shampoo / body soap / boiler all provided. WiFi is fast! There’s both cool air and heater mode for air con. Can barely fit 2 28” luggages in the room (once you lay both luggages down flat, not much space left for walking). Overall it’s a very pleasant stay (: do try it while it’s still new!!

Perfect location if you plan to be around the Ginza area, clean room and large nice modern bathroom with strong rain shower. Provided nice baby cot with beddings and comforter for our 7 month old, however no baby tub. Free lounge with modern furniture and kitchen/pantry with free sodas. Also has laundry area.

Comfortable stay in new boutique hotel”
Pros: Spacious bathroom, contemporary room design, comfortable bed, privacy (as we hardly met any guests during our 4 night stay), great location just on the street opposite the Shiseido Parlour. We had stayed just before this at a much smaller room at the Royal Park Shiodome, which is an older property catering to business travellers, so this was a refreshing change. Cons: Not much, perhaps only that our room lacked a view (our window looked out to the wall of the next building). Lighting in room was too dim for work.

Perfect location in the heart of Ginza, near Shimbashi and Ginza station (about 3 min. walk) with couple of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Room’s clean and cozy, bed’s extremely comfy, love the scent of the shampoo and conditioner(bathroom’s really big and bright). It’s a little bit small but big enough to fully open two 24 suitcases. Perfect place for a short vacation especially if you love hi-end brands’ shopping. Definitely gonna stay here again on my next Tokyo trip. Already recommended to my friends.
