2 train stations very near the hotel, (7-11....Daily store and Lawson convenient stores) all 3 are outside of train station and the hotel. FREE SHUTTLE BUS TO DISNEYLAND, AIRPORT SHUTTLE BUS BEST to hotel. we bought return tickets to airport at the hotel. Staff is very helpful. Holds luggage for free. I'm a big American & companion average...room small as compared to American Standards but we slept well and shower/bathroom was big/nice.. then zoomed across Tokyo to some fantastic places. Just wished Suica IC Card JR lines offices had a better way to return for refund on the cards. They close too early. Better if 24 hour office in the airport for travelers. Stuck with 2 cards 500 Yen each. We did drain the cards at the 7-11 before we left. It is just not cost effective to travel to a refund office and back to the hotel... we figured it would use up all the 500Y. I do not think you would find a better hotel & Staff for the price, convenience, & quality in Tokyo.

I booked a standard non smoking room but when i entered the room it was on a smoking floor. I called the reception and within 5 minutes someone came up and upgraded us to a superior non smoking room. Can't say much about the facilities as we arrived late and checked out early but it looked alright with some eating establishments in and around the hotel which is cheaper than the breakfast option. Not much to do at walking distance after 10 pm. Altogether a clean and nice hotel. Mind you that you can get prices under 7000 yen if you don't stay on a Friday or Saturday and national holiday

it was just 5 mins walk from the closest train station and there was convenience store near by. i didnt feel like the service at the front desk was the best, but there were alot of visitors and it was busy so that could be the reason why. i would visit again if i need to stay somewhere near odaiba!

Excellent Service”

Rooms are ok but you cannot open the window and the Aircon does not cool. It turns on automatically 3 minutes after entering the room, so if you like a cool room temperature then make sure to turn it off manually. Excellent service at the hotel and a very good breakfast buffet.

Hotel location is convenient to hospital ”

I choose this hotel because close to ariake hospital. Staffs are friendly but they cant really speak english fluently difficult to ask and room is small. Restaurant options also not many. But overall is good enough

Stayed with wife and todler for a night. Its a big hotel with airport limosine servie to Airports, Situated at 10mins walk from Ariake monorail station. Has All odaiba attractions at walking distance(10-15mins). Hotel has McD & a foodcourt in same building. Breakfast has continental options so Vegetarians have options to eat. Hotel also provides discounted tickets for Madam Tussads & legoland. (Must buy).

We stayed for 2 nights to go to Disney Resort. I got into the hotel almost without getting wet from the nearest station even in the rain. I was able to check in smoothly at the front desk with a smile. The room amenities were satisfactory enough and kept clean. The ventilator in the bathroom where dust was noticeable was very satisfied without dust. The free shuttle bus to Disney was also greatly appreciated. Although I was satisfied with more than the accommodation expenses, I regret that the front lobby is Christmas and it is a stormy feeling

Excellent for travelers with business in Odaiba area”

I got a single room in this hotel at a very good price (less than JPY 10000 per night) and was very satisfied. The bed was comfortable, the room was small but nice and clean and the bathroom was enough for my needs. The direct shuttle service to and from the airport was very convenient, and the hotel is only a few minutes walk from both the Yurikamome and Rinkai lines. You also get a discounted rate for buffet-style breakfast (JPY1600). The only cons: (a) I had to request for a foam pillow because the synthetic Japanese-style ones were not very comfortable for me, (b) the room was small, and the bathtub may be a bit difficult for tall people to use, and (c) there are very few English-speaking staff at night, so it may take a while for your concerns to be taken care of. Overall, I'm happy with this hotel and would book again. It is quite far and expensive to get to from "mainland" Tokyo though, so if you're a tourist, you may want to consider any hotel in Odaiba as a last resort.

I stayed here twice already and never had a better experience than this. This was my second time, and I did check-in late at night, but the staff was still very nice to me. It was a surprise when they even upgraded my room into a bigger one (like a suite) & into a higher floor like I wanted. Overall, good location, near the train station, very strategic place, good amenities inside the room,,, everything was just awesome! Definitely will come back here again 👍🏼👍🏼

Catered to all our needs. Close to the subway. 7-11 and Daily mart are close. There’s McDo. Limo bus stops here and free shuttle to Disney. There’s currency exchange in the lobby and atm. It’s not at the heart of Tokyo but subway rides are fun

Good place if you're going to Disneyland. Love the facilities and value for money. Location is far and expensive if you want to go to the city center (tokyo, shibuya, etc) but if you want a place close to Disney(especially if you get tired easily) then I recommend this place. (they also have a shuttle to Disney upon request)

Disney Good Neighbour Hotel”

Booked this hotel because it is near enough for us to travel via train to go Disney. Turned out it's a Disney Good Neighbour Hotel and thus there is free shuttle bus to and fro Disneyland and DisneySea! Saved us a lot of time and money to enjoy more in Disney. Room is huge and cheaper than staying in Tokyo mainland. Only thing is there is no convenient shops around and just 1 McDonald's downstairs which is NOT 24/7. And Rinkai Line is more expensive to travel on than JR, metro or other lines. So be prepared to spend a bit more on transport if using this hotel as base (save on accommodation cost though). Definitely will stay here again.

Value for money”

This hotel is situated next to the Tokyo Big Sight, i.e. International Exhibition Center. It is also situated in between two mono rail stations, i.e. Ariake and Kokusai-Tenjijo-Seimon, on the Yurikamome line. This line terminates at Shimbashi, which is connected to 4 other main lines to various parts of Tokyo like to Ginza and Akihabara. Various big shopping malls are within walking distance, e.g. Aqua City, Venus Fort, and the likes. Plenty of good restaurants and food courts can be found in those shopping malls.

Great place for families with young children”

This place was so nice! The staff was very friendly and helpful. There’s a McDonald’s and corner store on the first floor. It’s located right by two different train stations. The beds were comfortable and the room was equipped with all the necessary amenities. :) Oh! The buffet downstairs was amazing, too. I would stay here again.

Comments: The request of night view was granted. BUT With the price I paid, I expected that they would provide toiletries and towels and bottled water for each day of stay but they DID NOT

the hotel is accessible by two subway stations. no matter which one the walking distance is about the same, 5mins. two convenience store nearby so no worry about food and supplies. the bento sold in convenience store is very fresh and delicious. there is a mcdonald too. we had breakfast there before departing to disney at 8am. in day time you should take yurikamome to city centre. the view is fantastic!

Price was good but House keeping is too slow and late. even I came back from outside at 4pm, still room was not cleaned up. Power outlet at desk is just One!!! How can I connect two phone, One PC and Water pot? Design of room is very old fashion.
