Location is just walking distance to the port and there's a lot of food options outside the hotel. There's a lot of tricycles passing by and there are motorbike rentals too. Their staffs were nice that they let us deposit our bags, since we arrived very early, so that we can roam around the city first.

Pros: Whenever we request for something like water and beach towel, they're quick to give. Food was absolutely great especially there tinolang manok. Music is nice during the night. Clean and organized. Cons: Wifi in our room never worked throughout our stay. We had to go to the restaurant to use their wifi. We were prompt about it but the receptionist said to keep trying. Breakfast on the 2nd day was less. Scrambled eggs and bacon was less compared the day before. Thank you for the great stay though

Good place at a good location”

The hotel is just walking distance from the port. The facilities are clean but since it is newly opened, the wall paint of the room I occupied was not yet finished. The staff are helpful especially if you have inquiries about getting a car for a countryside tour.

The rooms have a loft or NYLO feel to them. Aircon and Wifi and Satelite TV is great and it is right across from lite shipping Mall. 4 or 5 restaurants a 7-11 a teller or cash machine plus a bar. The owner was very wise choosing that location.

We love the place, It's a brand new hotel with good services. Sadly to say we only stay here for 1 night because we need to move to our next destination. If I had a chance to go back in Tagbilaran I'm sure I book again here a same room we had (room 214)

Pros - room with a view looking out on the harbour. Cable TV.. room good size good A.c Across the street from 7 eleven and food outlets. Cons - No water in room no toiletries no phone poor selection for breakfast. All in all a good place for a night or two but bring your tooth paste and brush soap shampoo etc.. Also water because none provided. Little changes would make this a great hotel.

The room we stayed in was the same or not better than the photos on the site. I love the place because of its accessibility from the port, and other stores like 7 eleven. I like the bed, the fragrance of the room, and the bathroom. The room was clean and the staffs were all accommodating. And if there's something I can suggest to improve it, it will be the addition of floor rugs and bidet in the toilet. For its price, I can say that it was really worth it staying there.

The place is relatively new. They are still in the soft opening period. There is no telephone inside the room so if you need something, you need to text a local number. I tried to text but incomplete reply. I ask via text if they serve breakfast for non-guests since my co-engineers will arrive in the morning of May 28, 2019 . We are 10 pax in total but no one replied. We transferred to another place to have breakfast.

New place, clean rooms at low prices”

The place is new and clean. We got a seaside view by the big glass window. Airconditioning works great, beds are comfy, plus we got free breakfast (which was not listed in Agoda). Will definitely come again.

I would give this place a good rating if it weren't for the staff. The ladies in the front desk are busy with admin stuff instead of entertaining those who would check in.
