Great location and reasonable size for a boutique style hotel”
Hubby and I stayed at Tune Hotel KLIA2 a few years ago and the room was quite small, barely had room to put a medium size luggage. We were very surprised to find the room was slightly bigger and had room to put our luggage during our stay last year. Room was clean, great shower and water pressure. Bed was comfortable. Location is perfect, right next to KLIA2 and within 10mins walking distance through the mall and bridge. Very happy and highly recommended to others who fly in late or have an early flight.

Great stay”
The location is systematic, only a 5-minutes walk from the Arrival Gate, near to car park area C, plus the pathway has rooftop along the way to the hotel which shield you from the hot sun ray. Eateries and shops are nearby, located in the airport itself. Rooms are clean and comfortable, friendly staff and check-in time is efficient. Breakfast is provided according to booking, otherwise charges applied. I would recommend this place for a short stay while waiting for early morning flight or midnight flight or during transit while waiting for time to board the plane as there is no last-minute rush.

I'd like to express my highly appreciation to the reception team who are Rish, Jesie and Iaire on 20/20/2020. My wife and I couldn't find the store that sold stamps in the whole terminal... We were very surprised that why there are no stamps n post offices in such the international airport😅 We also ran to couples of transit hotels for helps to see if they could assist us to send postcards for us. All of them said NO. Only the kind and considerate receptionists in Tune Hotel Klia2 gave us a very warm hand. Especially Rish👍 He's one who helped us to send the postcards when off the work!! Truly appreciation from the bottom of our hearts❤ Undoubtedly I'll recommend all my friends to stay in Tune Hotel Klia2 since this unexpected n funny experience( no stamps lol). Impressive and great value hotel near next to KLIA”
I always have the impression that the Tune hotel series is more of a stay-and-go kind of hotel but this Tune Hotel KLIA has totally proved me wrong!!! Location: Next to KLIA 2, free shuttle bus to KLIA. You can grab to KLIA if you are in rush too. Food: I arrived late around 10 pm and was very happy to know that their restaurant is still serving the main course! The atmosphere was really great, as well as their food and beverage. The staff are friendly as well! They have this snack and beverage section next to their reception if you are feeling hungry. The room is very basic but good for overnight sleep. The only downside is that the aircon in the room is not very strong but they have a ceiling fan, so I was kind of no issue with it.

I booked a room at the hotel because I had an early flight the next day. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised by the comfort I experienced and the ambience of the hotel. Checked-in took a bit of time but still acceptable. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The restaurant -Makan was cosy and the food was good. The staff I met were helpful. I highly recommended this hotel for all travellers who are seeking comfort in your journey!

More than EXPECTED”
The entrance was superb as I check in at night. The light was so cool. Had the lounge for lepak as well. I got a very last room along the corridor which I very disappointed cause I had to carry my 8m old baby and 1y 10m child as well as the luggage. Yes my luggage had been sent to the room but nay to walk along the way 😟 room was clean and nice. Good for you some people who had long waiting hours at the airport

Perfect play for a mini getaway”
Very convenient location if you need to be near to airport and away from crowded KL (Only a short walk from KLIA 2). The hotel is clean, tastefully designed, has a bar and restaurant with a diverse menu (I have to say I decided to eat here just because I was too lazy to go out, however I was delight by very delicious and good-portioned dishes.) Room is basic and comfortable, but go for a bit upgrade and you're be pleasantly surprised for what you get with the price.

Straight walk out from KLIA2 airport and there’s an alley especially made for tune hotel. Just follow the alley and directly get to the hotel. It’s way too convenience. Hotel room is very clean.. All the staffs were also very nice and friendly.. Very nice interior design. For us who took an early flight, this place is the best one so far. Will definitely come back in the future..

It was a perfect choice for us to stay while waiting for our connecting flight. I've been here for so many times and this hotel never fail to satisfy me. It was a good and clean hotel for travelers like us. Walking from the hotel to the terminal at 3.30 a.m. was also safe.

Convenient and good service”
I choose this place after I go through the reviews. I had an early flight but was worried about the transportation until I knew about tune hotel. It was a bit confusing at first to differentiate the distance between tune hotel airport transit and aeropolis. But after calling the customer service and reading their reviews it helped me to understand better. In terms of service it was super good. I ordered toothpaste set and got it almost immediate for room service. Cleanliness is superb. Would definitely go here again if I need to catch early flight. Love it!

Perfect for traveller”
The location is so convenient to reach. Free shuttle bus is available from and to KLIA 1, hence can save a lot than taking Grab. Choose this hotel if you have a flight to catch on the next day. Room is spacious, comfortable and clean too. Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Good choice for a tired traveller”
A great place to stay overnight, especially if you land late: clean, spacious, quiet, totally worth the money. In our case the only thing that went wrong was the key card that got disabled in the middle of the night and turned the electricity off, so we had to go to the reception desk and ask to reactivate it. Overall, however, everything went quite well. Would totally recommend it.

on 29th december my family and i was stay at tune hotel @klia2 for 1 night. the front desk staff mr.karan is very helpful, friendly and nice attitude. the room.was so clean, linen bedsheet smell & so fresh..feeling very satisfied with my choice and also the location is near to the klia2..highly recommended

Very Convenient and relaxing”
The room itself is big for the twin room. It was clean and the bed is very comfy. It is a walking distance to KLIA 2. Ideal for those with overnight layovers. The convenient store is also available in the lobby but the prices are a bit expensive, so better buy from 7eleven or the grocery store @KLIA2.

Thabks Tune Hotel at KLIA2... Friendly staff and nice design at MAKAN cafe. My kids love to eat at sofa provided. Very relaxing. Room are very clean and got a great bottle lamp. Suggest to something fun for kids.. Overal ok for stay with dinner and breakfast.

Another great nights stay”
Always stay here if I need a stopover hotel in Kuala Lumpur. The service is friendly and personable, the room smallish but with a very comfortable bed and a great clean modern compact bathroom. TV reception and wifi reception both good. Drinks/snacks in the lobby very reasonably priced and love the inner courtyard with it's lounges and umbrellas for a drink and to relax. Had breakfast here for the first time and it's a good spread with variety and choice. Would be even better if proper coffee would be included😀 So close to the airport and it's shops and if you have some spare time a free shuttle bus leaves from in front of exit airport to the DFS store complex. tip: try the Indian food at the NZ curry house diagonally from the hotel (at airport) . Will most definitely use TUNE hotel KLIA2 again when next in KL

I booked day transit room. Very polite receptionist. Check in process very smooth. Friendly staff - show us our room. Room very clean, nice deco. Aircond, fan, hot shower perfectly work. Check out - just drop the key.

Good clean and functional hotel for transfer. the only comment is whilst booking i thought i booked for the day but when the bill came it was for 8 hours stay. Needless to say the hotel extendende it, without fuss. However it should be made more apparent!
