Affordable, Great Staff”
We booked this place less than 24 hours before arriving to Buenos Aires from recommendation from a friend. Located in the heart of the city, in a clean neighborhood, with a staff who speaks English and very polite and accommodative I will come back to this place any day. Five stars!!

Πολύ καλό”
Well the location was good. But for some reason they moved us to their other hotel. They say it is because of the water problem. But i think they just accepts all reservation and if they cant accomodate theyll move you to their other hotel which is a few blocks from UNIQUE. My dad got so mad because we arrived at around 12am because of the late flight and he is tired.

Not for me”
This is my opinion only, if you are a traveler on a budget and need all the basics. It's a step up from a hostel. Though if your a traveler who has a decent budget for the location. This place is a nope. Peeling paint, holes in pillows, bad shower valves, windows that can open from outside. This is not a vibe, unless your into breaking and entering (10th floor). Please unless you want a hostel upgrade don't go here unless you see pics of room first(recent pics)

Building is old and has thin old style windows on street side so it is very very noisy,I would ask to stay in the rear roomWe requested not to be near an elevator and they put us right next to one Only good for a one night stay unless you’re at the rear of the building.Limited English television channelsNo complimentary drinking water providedBut you can drink the tap water

This hotel may have been good years ago, now it has declined and still declining, they need to fix the elevator soon, it shakes the entire building. The only good thing was the location.

Good stay in Buenos Aires”
We came to Buenos Aires for few days and booked our stay at Unique Executive Central Hotel. Very strategic location, easy access to everywhere, close to everything and easy to get public transport. Recommend to those who wants to travel conveniently in Buenos Aires...

Excellent value”
Excellent, the staff were very helpful with information on local attractions and events. The breakfast buffet was very good with a wide variety of choices. Also the available time period was very good for both early and late risers. The central location made many attractions within walking distance. The bus and sub-way lines were within one block.

Pelo valor que paguei até valeu uma noite, porém o hotel não está muito bem preservado, ainda um pouco sujo nos quartos, as camas e os lençóis são excelentes, ar condicionado pingava dentro do quarto.

Bem localizado, mas falta manutenção e limpeza ”
O hotel é bem localizado, perto do obelisco, de atrações e estação do metrô. Porém carece de limpeza, manutenção e atenção ao cliente. Demoram a fornecer papel higiênico (tínhamos que pedir e só deixavam um rolo no quarto. De péssima qualidade). Vários itens carecem de manutenção. Caso necessite de algo, tem que ficar solicitando várias vezes para ter a sorte de ser atendido. Como papel higiênico por exemplo.

Excelente ubicación. Limpieza y servicio en general OK. Yo opté SIN desayuno. Lo que me permitió conocer lugares con desayunos de lociones como la confitería La Ideal a una cuadra y media en Suipacha y Corrientes.

Malo”
Reserve en la página donde los valores eran pesos Arg y termina cobrando en dólares, luego cuando me presenté al hotel, la reserva no estaba emitida, por más que yo tenía el comprobante, así me que dijeron que solo podían enviarme a otro hotel. Pésimo la página. La reserva la realice para regalarles a unos amigo y fue una odisea. Nunca más vuelvo a reservar .

Habitación cómoda , simple y pulcra . Desayuno normal . Le falta aire acondicionado al Bar ! Después 4 estrellas . No pidas lujos , siempre y eficaz .
