New hotel and hence its very clean. Hotel was easy to navigate around if you keyed in correctly using Google maps. There is another Via Inn hotel at Shinsaibashi, so make sure you key Via Inn Yotsubashi when you are finding your way. Get off at Yotsubashi subway station and go to exit 2 for the most convenient method to locate the hotel. Hotel comes with coupon for the Aeon supermarket below, which was very useful.

Good location near the Yotsubashi station exit 2, Can walk to Dotonburi and Shinsaibashi or take to subway 1 station to Numba station. The room is clean and comfortable. Staff can speak English and kindness. But the map is not clear in Agoda, I was go to another branch is near shinsaibashi.

I stayed here for 3 nights, the hotel is just right next to the metro station and easily walk to Shinsabashi with the underground shopping street. The room is not huge and it has everything you need with cleanliness and newness. Will choose this one if I go to Osaka again!

Hotel not in Glico area, a bit out of there but still in a very good location - have AEON on 1st floor before you take an elevator to lobby, nearby subway, coffee shop and shopping! The room isn't big but not too small for 2 person. Clean room and hotel provided unlimited complimentary just in front of the elevator to your room. Great value!

New hotel, good location, great value”
Hotel is new and clean, bed is comfortable and big for single use. Stone throw away from yotsuboshi station, walking distance to shinsaibashi, very convenient and easy access. Compliment to reception staff Ms Ryu, she speaks good English, and try her best to arrange a taxi for us. Although unable to book any taxi at the end, but we appreciate her effort. Only suggestions is to provide facial wash and body lotion in room as most hotel in Japan does. Highly recommended and will stay again in future.

Definitely worth to stay”
My second time staying in this hotel. Size of the room is very good for a single traveler. This place is very new, clean, and staffs smile all the time. Love the 24hr Aeon store down stair. Discount coupon was given while you stay in this hotel, which is great! Although the location is slightly far from Shinsaibashi, but I prefer to walk over there instead of taking the metro.

Brand new, fantastic value”
Hotel looks brand new, design is excellent, room is surprisingly quite large for japan. Complete with amenities that you need. I used the luggage delivery service to tokyo and staff was super helpful and went out of her way and ran all the way to aeon donwstairs to meet us when she realised she gave just a slightly inaccurate information about the service. And yes the aeon supermarket downstairs is very convenient, also the subway station next to it.

From our hotel to the nearest subway exit ,Youtsubashi Line Yotsubashi station, is only 2 minutes walk. I liked the location for this hotel, it's right next to the Yotsubashi subway station. There are a few Via Inn in the area, so make sure which one you're booking and not show up at the wrong one. For the Via Inn Shinsaibashi Yotsubashi, exit 2 is the nearest exit (stairs only), but you can use 1A/B if you have luggage and need to use the escalator. It's about 8-10 minutes walk to the busy area of Shisaibashi. The 24 hours AEON market next to the hotel is a big plus, you can get coffee and food with discounted price by using the coupon provided at the hotel. The bento box, bread, pastry are pretty good. The single room is considered standard in Japan, just enough for one person, and can barely open my 24" luggage. Room is clean and also provide air humidifier. I requested no housekeeping/room cleaning for my 3-day stay, but they do leave new towels at the door each day, which is nice. The hotel is quite new, so there are many USB outlets for charging electronic equipment.
