Great Value in Vientiane”
The facilities are great, the room was very clean and comfortable, and the wifi was worked really great in my room. Very nice, central pool for cooling off, and the main dining area was perfect for a quick breakfast, where you could order your eggs. There's not much to complain about here. I booked a deluxe double balcony and was given a deluxe family balcony, which had everything I had hoped. I had to get some assistance in opening the room safe, as there were no instructions, and I guess the code had already been set. I triggered the safe alarm trying to figure it out. The lighting of the room wasn't very warm/welcoming, but that's minor. One thing to note is that the "balcony" isn't private. It's off the main room door and is really just the walkway to the stairs and other rooms. Anyone could walk past your window, so I just kept my curtains drawn. There are chairs & tables outside each room of the back building where you can relax outside & watch the pool activities.

Friendly clean hotel”
Vientiane Garden Boutique Hotel is a very clean and jolly hotel with guests from all over the world. The rooms on the first floor seem to be nicer and brighter than the ones on the ground floor. On the first floor there is also a patio, and two neighbouring guests share one table and the view over the garden, the deckchairs and the pool. Backpackers, families as well as travelers with suitcases of all ages gather around the pool which is the social center of the hotel. Some just enjoy the hot temperatures, others have some really good food that is cooked by the hotel staff in the hotel kitchen, and others enjoy Beer Lao until nightfall. The hotel is only 10 minutes walking distance from the riverbank of the Mekong where you can enjoy the sunset and the lively night market. The breakfast choice is simple but that corresponds the price you pay per night. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the room is cleaned every day including fresh towels.

An oasis after an accident. ”
We arrived in Vientiane after my wife had a motorcycle accident in Thatkek. Staff was and has been very friendly and extremely helpful throughout our stay. We’ve been here a week to allow my wife’s injuries to heal. We were able to have a ground floor room which was super. They organized Tuk tuks for us to the hospital, helped with banking, and many other services. They really helped us a lot. Rooms are well appointed with a separate shower and toilet with a rain shower. There is a mini fridge in the room, and flat screen TV. The room was very clean, and housekeeping staff were wonderful. Huge breakfast selection of both western and Lao food. We loved our stay here and would definitely stay here again. Location is quite central. Pool was lovely.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Clean and attractive room with a very comfortable bed. Enjoyable swimming pool in a garden area with trees and flowers. Delicious all-you-can eat breakfast buffet. Staff would ask us if we slept well. They were genuinely concerned and caring about our happiness at the hotel. It felt like we were staying at a nice resort. The location is wonderful with many restaurants, pubs, shops, and the night market by the river. Everything within walking distance. The price is very reasonable. My wife and I will stay at this hotel everytime we come to Vientiane. Very happy with our experience!

Once again my stay at the Vientiane Gardens was perfect. They In fact I gave kudos to the GM about the fact that his staff are always pleasant and very accommodating. Everything about this property is done correctly and they DO understand what service means for their guests. I was having difficulty making an online booking for my return flight with my phone. The desk clerk offered to assist me and in ten minutes had a copy of my itinerary in my hand. Two items: 1. They now rent a limited number of motorcycles. Either request one in your Agoda booking. Or send a separate email with your request. 2. they have recently undergone a major expansion/renovation. The original two floors of rooms surrounding the pool (also renovated) are are really the best to book. Enjoy your stay. RJ - Thailand

Great Location. Great Service”
Beautiful pool area for hanging out on a hot day. Breakfast is great (will even make omelettes to order) and desk staff very helpful with suggestions and organizing rides, tours and restaurant. Beds are very comfortable, rooms are clean and bathrooms are modern. We were in a 'family' room with one large bed with twins on either side. Perfect for a family of 4.

Steve and his team was amazing. I have some problem about the pipe in my room but Steve send his team to check and fix immediately. With good service and comfortable stay will make you happy. Will go to see them and chose this hotel again when I go to Vientiane.

We really enjoyed staying at the Garden Villa Hotel. The staff was extraordinary friendly and the hotel spotless. Very clean, very well maintained with a very nice pool. Location and breakfast were great, too. They even arranged airport transportation for us. Overall an awesome stay! Definitely recommended!

Good Location, not very much trafic on the street, great rooms, and very clean and nice. Friendly and helpful staff and very good breakfast Buffet. Swimming pool area was very popular among hotel guests, and was very restful.

A great place to relax and enjoy the landscape”
I have had a great time. Beautifully laid out, all units face the pool, and beyond that you have the limestone cliffs half hidden by the clowds. Buffet breakfast and a freshly made Lao dish are on offer in the morning. The manager, Mr. Vilaysak has excellent command of English, and is helpful with tours, transport, and even hot air ballooning. This resort is a good choice.

Love the street this hotel is on, restaurants and bars on the doorstep... and a short walk to the riverfront and the network of streets with more shops, bars and restaurants. Pool a great place to cool off and relax... loved the courtyard style rooms... noodle soup and coffee hit the spot for breakfast. Highly recommend

The outdoor pool is clean, deep enough to swim in, and open 24hrs. The complimentary breakfast buffet is plentiful and they’ll also cook you complimentary eggs and bacon. I’d skip the omelette and fried but the scrambled eggs were always perfect. The staff is exceptionally friendly, some speak English very well. My AC broke and they promptly switched and upgraded my room. They lock up all the bikes at night and they’ll bring your helmet in too if you forget. Guest friendly. Clean rooms, hot water for the shower.

Lovely pool. Very helpful, friendly staff--arranged all transport and met all needs promptly. Great breakfast buffet with made-to-order options available. Easy walk to many restaurants and night market but hotel restaurant was also very good. We loved our time here. It was just easy.

Located close to the river and lots of restaurants. Staff are great, atmosphere relaxing and breakfasts are very good. Coffee is superb!! If we go back to Vientiane we would definitely stay here.

Lovely little hotel in the heart of Vientiane. Staff very friendly especially the bell boy /man who helped us when we arrived and throughout our stay. He also tried to get me drunk on Laos spirits, very hospitable. Highly recommend this place
