Horrible place”
Food was not good at all including their restaurants. Their buffet food was disgusting 🤢. Their staff were not friendly at all and sometimes rude. Do not waste you time and money there.

We stayed at the Vista Del Sol in Punta Cana in March. Was it perfect? No. But I felt wonderful about this choice at the end of the trip. When I checked in, I made the wise choice of upgrading to the "Gold" club. It was an extra $50 per night, but MORE than worth it. Steps from the beach, Ocean views, private beach area with those 4 poster beds looking out to the ocean. Awesome! If you can afford the upgrade, it is more than worth it. It is difficult to go here without eating too much.... and I mean, an uncomfortable amount of food. We ate at the buffet for every breakfast, and a couple times for dinner. Many people have complained about the food being cold, and there is some truth to this. I don't mind it much, but for breakfast at least I do NOT like cold eggs. And for 5 days I got luke-warm scrambled eggs.... then I realized that you could get hot eggs made at the omelette station. The bacon and fruit were great. The first night I got a dish with really tough beef in it.... an ominous start to the week :-) We had reservations at 5 premium ala carte restaurants... Teppanyaki, Gourmet, Italian, BBQ, and Mexican. Teppanyaki was very good for me.... normal teppanyaki fare, but a little of everything.... chicken, shrimp, beef.... veggies, fried rice, and the typical antics by the chef. The shrimp and chicken were very good.... the beef was tough... I tend to be stubborn.... much to my chagrin. The next night we ate at "Gourmet"... My companion got chicken.... was great! I got the steak... 1/4" thick, tough, smothered in a mushroom sauce.... awful. Inedible. (GREAT atmosphere... romantic) Next was Italian.... to start there is a buffet with Antipasti etc. Was pretty good. Being stubborn, I ordered the beef steak.... absolutely disgusting. My companion got chicken cordon blue.... excellent. At the ala carte restaurants you must be clever about what to order. Next was the American BBQ. Lets just say I would avoid this. My beef (I know..

Main restaurant was fantastic, Spa staff very friendly and professional. Reception staff helpful, however they should try up-sell at check in to the junior suites - $50 per night and well worth it! Mary at the VIP beach and bar was amazing, friendly and made our holiday. Our luggage didn’t arrive when we landed - we had to buy clothes from the boutique and this was very very expensive.

Hôtel très agréable mais il manque un endroit pour danser de 19h à minuit. Les spectacles sont très bien mais commencent un peu tard. Sinon les chambres, la nourriture tout est très bien
