The hotel gives you a classic mansion/alta of the society vibe in your not so long stay. It is clean, no musty smells. The room is spacious enough. Linens and bath towels are not overpowered by fabric conditioner. The texture of the fabric are fine on the skin. I hope they work on providing a functional heater for shower. Good thing I am staying on the 3rd floor, and that the shower's not to cold to stress out your body during a morning bath. It's a good deal for the money - you have your own bathroom.

The staff were attentive. Location is great since it is surrounded by many commercial buildings (Robinson's) and in terms of cheap meals, there were a lot of carenderia beside the hotel.

Stayed from Dec 14 -19 2022. The staff was very accommodating to me. Love their staff! There's free coffee and water in their dining area. You can also use their refrigerator if ever you need to store something. The location is very convenient - 1 min away from coffee shops, Robinsons Jaro, 5 mins away from fast food chains, and 15 mins away from the city. Different modes of transportation are also accessible like trike, taxi and jeep.

If you're looking for a place to stay while in Jaro, Iloilo~ a must place to consider! Staff are friendly amd considerate Also accessible to transpo, resto/fast food, mall. Best thing is that iy has a separate shower room & toilet.

Best if you only need a place to sleep with hot shower. Don’t expect too much… Hotel looks old and may not have the best facilities but staff were nice and warm :) room was clean too! Plus points for the drinking water in their mess hall. Hotel is a 5min walk to Robinsons Jaro.

It would have been better if the hotel serve in-house breakfast, but since I can always use Grabfood for delivery, it's not that big a deal for me. The location is also close to a Robinson's mall. The hotel is very clean, and the staff are friendly.

Good budget hotel ”
This is a good budget option hotel and clean. The location is perfect in the best part of Iloilo! Only reason I didn't stay was no double beds rooms I could book online. Wifi was good. The staff and guards friendly. The bed pretty comfy. No elevator but it's ok.

If you want an overnight place for rest near Jaro”
Has affordable place to eat nearby, near Robinsons Jaro.. The value for money is good when you want a place to spend a night more like a old/classic themed hotel, the aircon was working well colder than I expected. I have a baby which can just sleep with us but was still charged to occupy another bed.. which turned out fun anyway for the kids, wifi not working well though.. Clean and spacious room and cr, Overall okay

BUDGET FRIENDLY HOTEL”
Classic hotel with a simple structural design, with a very good location. it was near with some seafood restaurants and restobars. and walking distance at the mall and the famous Jaro Church.

Location and room was good. I requested for a large bed through online reservation but I was brought to a room with 2 twin beds but that was ok. I liked how the shower is in a different area as the toilet bowl but the shower has a window which can be easily accessed from outside in the balcony area. :(( There are some small cockroaches at times. But I liked the location that it's quite far from the main highway but near enough for a 10 (or less)min walk to Robinsons and terminals. Staff are very nice and helpful. :)

Place was cozy, good for sleeping. No other mode of payment onsite except for cash. Does not clean rooms on a daily basis. Front desk could be better. Good location as it's only walking distance to Robinsons Jaro.

Facilities are bit old. no heater and slow wifi. wifi connection in our room is terrible since the location is at the end of hallway.
