My partner and I recently stayed at the El Nido Resorts Miniloc for her birthday, and had a truly wonderful experience there. From the moment we arrived to the welcoming and beautifully performed music from the staff, we were made to feel like valued guests through and through. The resort itself is stunning; the setting gorgeous, the rooms and facilities well made and furnished, and the whole setting made to fit in wonderfully with the paradise surrounding it. The activities here are plentiful, whether you want to go on one of several guided tours daily (usually timed to avoid conflicting with other tourists), or you want to take one of the free kayaks and snorkelling gear and head out to find your own fun (we did, and some of the highlights of our stay were snorkelling the awe-inspiring coral reefs by ourselves). The tours were also excellent, and special credit must go to the friendly and knowledgeable guides who kept us entertained and informed throughout the day (and who took some great pictures for us!) The food at the resort is also fantastic - each of the three daily meals provides a good selection of high quality and varied food each day. You will also want to take some extra spending money for all of the mango smoothies, they are worth the extra cost! A personal highlight was seeing how environmentally conscious the resort was, while still maintaining high standards of care for the customers. Also, the small touches, like the custom bed decorations laid out after cleaning, and the birthday cake and beautiful song provided for my partner on her big day, were the perfect finishing touches to an unforgettable holiday. The staff here should be highly commended (and well tipped!) for their constant friendliness and infectious smiles! Wholeheartedly recommended holiday destination.

From the incredible hospitality at welcome to departure the staff here is so kind and arranged every detail from inclusive tours to talking about the environment in the Philippines to helping me make urgent international business calls. Most impressive were all of the boat tour excursions that I went on with them were inclusive of the price and were top notch. the location is absolutely perfect home base to see an island hop much of the islands in ElNdo. The pool the room is lovely and the grounds and landscaping always breathtaking. I’ll definitely be back!

100% recommend El Nido Resorts. We stayed in a beachside room at Miniloc island for our honeymoon. The food was excellent, activities were awesome, sights were UNREAL (our favorite was small lagoon), and the customer service made us feel so taken care of. The whole experience and service was above and beyond what I expected. I can’t wait to go back and visit again.

We stayed in both Lagen and Miniloc resorts. The 2 places are to die for. Spectacular views and locations. The staff is super friendly and very well organized to make your stay the best possible. Lagen is a bit more posh but Miniloc is closer to all activities the hotels provides. Highly recommended if you can afford it.

Miniloc 2019”
This resort is like a paradise for us. Plenty of activities for the young and old. You can just hang out by the pool or take in to many of their outdoor activities like kayaking, paddle boarding, snorkeling and many more. All activities are included in the package except for some environmental fees that are required. If not for typhoon Tisoy we would have been able to explore the other nearby island but despite that we really had an enjoyable stay. I cannot say enough to the staff of this resort. From our first to last day they have really went out of their way to make our vacation an enjoyable and memorable one. Thanks and we will be back.

Beautiful island resort ”
Amazing island resort in El Nido, Palawan which is a truly gorgeous part of the world. We really enjoyed our stay so much so that we extended for a day. The staff to guest ratio is quite high and they're very attentive, from reception, recreation and dining staff. We stayed in a garden cottage which is a little on the small side. I think all of the cottages have a balcony with Filipino-inspired decor (capiz, rattan, dark wood) and a foot wash for cleaning sandy feet which I really like. Bathroom needs to be cleaned more (dark grout in some parts) but the turndown service is really sweet as it was our wedding anniversary and they made these towel bear creatures with matching greetings made of leaves. Activities are all inclusive so all one needs to do is choose what to join, reserve and get there on time. Kayaking, snorkelling, paddle boarding, island hopping, jack fish feeding were all included making it a really relaxing stay for us. I cannot recommend more.

Absolute paradise so beautiful all the stuff are so helpful and the complimentary tours are a great added bonus. The one thing I would say is alcohol should be included local drinks at least. You’re paying £400 a night and drinks are a little expensive local beer is 250pesos where as in el nido and Coron the same beer is between 50-100 pesos.

Great Location”
Perfectly located, only 5 min to the Big lagoon, most staffs are friendly and accommodating . It is not a party place, it can be noisy with kids around the pool. There are plenty of sea food, but generally over cooked (for safety reasons?) . The TV streaming is poor due to remote location? I wish they have an early morning tour to the Small lagoon, instead of being in the busy afternoon.

The deluxe seaview rooms are right next to a loud, on-island sewage treatment facility that vibrates and makes a lot of noise. I asked to be moved and the staff was very helpful and moved me over to a water cottage which I enjoyed very much. The 3 meals per day included with the room were decent, compared to other places I stayed in the Philippines, especially for lunch and dinner there was always something relatively clean and healthy. The various boat trips to other islands, lagoons, snorkeling and diving activities were wonderful and the staff was wonderful in every regard.

We spent 4nights at this resort. We had an amazing time, there are several activities included in the price (small lagoon, big lagoon, etc). Staff is really helpful during the activities. The rooms are rather small, but you have everything you need. There is a mini fridge in the room but it is empty. The infinity pool is great. Food is buffet style and it is ok, though it can be better.
