    Terrible customer service”

    Just bad experience that made us very upset and we rushed to live the place. We have small kids and asked for a small extention to keep our stuff while finding another place and the answer was shocking

    Room was large and clean. The roof top deck was a great little bonus. Didn't really use any of the facilities because we spent our time wandering the key. Good location to the beach and was walking distance to all the food and drinks you could want.

    Quiet and friendly”

    This has been a family run motel since the late 1980's and current owners Steve and Sara are very friendly and helpful. My husband can't do stairs and they were glad to give us a ground floor room. The rooms are a typical retro motel style. The bathroom is small but adequate and clean. The fenced in pool is good sized for a small motel and it is enclosed inside a fence with tropical plants surrounding you. It was our favorite place to spend the day reading and floating in the pool. The inside courtyard with tropical plants added to its visual appeal. For those who like the sun the rooftop sun deck would be perfect. I enjoyed it on warm nights to sit and watch the moon. It also has tropical plants and at night rope lights around the railing. If you are a light sleeper or go to bed early request your room not be on the Washington street side. You will hear the noise of car doors opening and closing. They rent bikes too. A great way to get around in Key West

    El Patio was cheap, clean, quiet and close to everything. The rooftop patio is great and provides a nice space for some down time. We were basically just looking for a place to sleep and keep our things while we were out exploring Key West. El Patio was perfect for this.
