Nice little hideaway”
Away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to enjoy restaurants and entertainment in the nearby vicinity. On-site pool, Walking distance to the beach, restaurant and entertainment. Parking in front of premise. Room was Very clean. Nice little last minute bae cation for me and my hubby. Prices were great and it was July 4th weekend. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Elita Hotel was definitely one of cleanest hotel I’ve stayed. It was very clean, smells really good. Location was perfect. You just had to cross the road to go to the beach. Good restaurants within walking distance. It was a very nice stay. I totally recommend Elita hotel and I look forward to go back.

Modern boutique hotel near beach”
Two floors plus third "penthouse suites" modern renovated motel turned boutique hotel perfectly suited our needs. Staff were attentive and courteous, rooms were immaculate, clean and spacious (*the deluxe king came with bench seating area, a round dining table with four chairs and a small kitchen area with microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and mini fridge.). Our king bed was very comfortable with silky microfiber? sheets. Paraben/mineral oil free, cruelty free, phthalate free toiletries by Beekman 1802 made in "Upstate NY"a nice touch. (Minor annoyances: would have loved it if the towels weren't so thin, and if the confusing shower fixture to turn the water to hot would have had better water pressure. )The quietest in wall european style a/c unit with remote control a big plus...The small rectangular pool was perfect for a dip but can feel crowded if more than two people are swimming. Plenty of lounge chairs and areas to sit and enjoy the courtyard. Hotel is well maintained (exterior was being refreshed by a lovely gentleman who put his paint brush down to assist my mother with her luggage). Overall a nice spot away from the craziness of the "strip", but close to walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Did I mention "free parking" which is unheard of nowadays in any hotel unless its hotel chain off the interstate?!?

Elita is a little hidden gem. They did a tremendous job on this renovation. Classic old Florida property that has been modernized. Great pool and courtyard, nice rooms, and perfect location a half block off the beach. Extremely solid value.

Great Boutique Hotel”
This is a really nice hotel. I liked the modern design of the rooms and outside pool area. You really can't much closer to the beach 2 minutes or less and your feet are on the sand. I didn't have a problem parking but the parking spots are limited.

Perfect Boutique Hotel”
The Hotel Elita is the perfect Boutique Hotel in the center of Ft. Lauderdale beach. It is located right next to the W hotel. The rooms are super bright and clean and the pool and grounds are amazing and modern. The bathroom amenities are Beekman 1802 and everything smelled so good. For the price you cannot beat this place. This will be my go to place when visiting Ft. Lauderdale.
