Elite luxury apartment

WOW! From start to finish our stay has been incredible value for money. Taka met us at the property and talked us through where to find things etc. He really has gone above and beyond with the small touches that make a difference; from bottled water and milk in the fridge to a range of tea’s and coffee’s in the cupboard. The complementary wine and chocolates on the bed were a lovely touch too! The apartment itself is spacious, VERY clean and very well equipped. We slept like logs in the very comfortable bed. We will definitely book to stay again when we next visit Birmingham. Thank you for a wonderful stay 😊

Was not expecting the appartment to be so wonderful! As soon as we walked in it smelt amazing a beautiful fragrance filled the air, there was antibacterial gel at the front door. Not only was the apartment stunning, but we were left a bottle of complementary wine, there was cartons of fresh apple and orange juice, fresh milk, fruit, tea, coffe sugar, cereal , bread , herbs and spices, and more! Plenty of bottles of water which was very much appreciated in this hot weather we were having! Our host was lovely and friendly and showed us everything we needed! The price was unbelievable, they should def be charging more, for such a wonderful property! It’s was spotless, gorgeous, just all round Fabulous, and we loved our stay! Thankyou so much, 100% would book again!

Everything was amazing. location, facilities, host. incredibly comfortable for our family of 5. We will definitely re book if we’re in the area again.Loved the wine and chocolate and the milk and kitchen items that were there for us. The owner was helpful and generally brilliant.

Nothing at all to dislike

Host was friendly and waited for us as we were late to arrive after getting stuff in traffic. Sofa beds available as stated and all beds were comfortable. Apartment was very clean and had excellent living room and kitchen facilities - tv, WiFi, dishwasher, kettle, tea and coffee. Excellent location by a Jewellery Quarter

Such a lovely welcome, we felt relaxed and cared for immediately! Our hosts made sure we had everything that we could have wanted for a very comfortable, home-from-home, stay. We ended up spending more time in the apartment than I thought we might have, just because it was lovely to be there!

Amazing location and hosts! What a wonderful place to stay, it felt just like home - very cosy, extremely clean (and all sanitised) and very comfortable. Great kitchen and spacious rooms. They even had a large flat screen TV with Netflix etc. Very central location.

Great location, 10 minutes walk to Broad st. This apartment was spotlessly clean making our stay fantastic. The owner was in constant contact should we have needed any help with arrival and departure. Free parking was a huge bonus!!!! We would definitely stay again. Thank you for a great stay.

I would give more stars if I could! What a lovely gentleman!!! He went above and beyond. The little details where so thoughtful, and he made it very clear that he was on the end of the phone if we needed anything. There was absolutely nothing more we possibly could have needed. There was fruit, cereal, milk, bottles of water, and even a bottle of red! If I am in the area again I will not be staying anywhere else! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

Beautifully presented and clean. This place came with so many thoughtful extras. Lovely host gave a walk through via phone about the apartment once I had arrived. Complimentary wine which was much appreciated after a long days work! Thank you. I would 100% recommend!

Was welcomed with great customer service alongside refreshments. The rooms were very clean and tidy so I felt comfortable. Very happy with the customer service that I recieved.

Good communications with the host, met on time, property spotless, extra stuff there like sanitisers and wipes. Very comfortable and quiet! Will stay over again next time I’m in Birmingham.

The apartment was beautifully furnished and had everything you could possibly want: fluffy towels, gorgeous appliances and quality linen. The chocolate and wine was totally unexpected but ver, very welcome.

Lovely host, went above and beyond to make us welcome. Some really nice touches like a bottle of wine, pint of milk, 2 bottles of water, fruit, breakfast cereals and breakfast fibre bars. Non of which was expected. Well done sir, keep up the good work, many thanks Rob and Linda.

This was truly a home from home experience. Clean and roomy, with everything that we could possibly need for a short stay. The city centre is a short walk away. It was perfect really.
