Nothing in particular. Very disappointing stay.
Bed terribly uncomfortable. Rough, itchy bedding. Very basic furnishings. Some items unclean and area of damp on wall. Doors difficult to open and close. Noisy.

Excellent location, good tv, lots of towels, provided shampoo etc, spacious and comfortable, staff were happy to help.
Some doors were difficult to open/close, bedroom furnishing was a little haphazard, perhaps add a cushion or two to the sofa? It would have been nice to perhaps provide more for someone staying as long as I was, eg more shampoo or some herbs to help with home cooking. As my boyfriend stayed with me for a couple days it would have been helpful to have had a second key.

Those staff are very helpful. The place is good.
However, the washing machine is old model and takes a long time for the washing cycle. Nasty smell was coming out from the vaccum cleaner and the stuff in the store room.
