Whenever we visit Cebu, we always choose to stay here. We enjoy the park, food and other outlets just at the back of this hotel. It's really convenient. The hotel itself has a lot of amenities to offer; restaurant-where food are very global, massage clinic, gym, pool and more. Staffs in this hotel help your stay more memorable too. They are very welcoming, polite and always make sure that you feel safe and feel well-served. Rooms are very clean and quiet. This hotel is near to the airport with free airport transportation. Haven’t been here for three years due to Covid. Still the same as before wonderful place to stay if your flying in and out of Mactan,courier van on the hour if required,this time didn’t need to ask it was ready to go. Not sure who is responsible for the preparation of breakfast but you are a credit to your profession,well done just booking the hotel for the breakfast alone would be well worth it.

The room was lovely, the staff were very friendly & helpful, the location is very handy with great shopping in walking distance. The included breakfast did not have a lot of variety, but was all that was needed for a good start to the day. Was very handy having breakfast right there each day. I will definitely be back.

This is my 4th time staying at Eloisa. The staff are amazing and even after over 2 years since my last visit they still remembered us and welcomed us so well. We had a quick city trip just to treat our children after some long stay at home.. The place was conducive since it is accessible to the road and the city junctures.. We had fun, the staff are accommodating to our request. The room is clean, the pool (though small) has an exclusive ambiance (since we were the only ones who used it during that dipping time), the amenities are great for a hotel that picked itself up after Odette. Breakfast served is worth it. Kudos to the staff and the owner.
