Comfy stay ”
We have spent 8 nights in this hotel, found the location is great, close to Aeon Rycom just less than 10 mins drive. Plenty of parking, bed is comfortable, big baby cot, buffet breakfast food choices are great but the time is a bit short (finish at 9:30am). We met a friendly staff named Philip in the restaurant who speak fluent English and Cantonese which made our stay even better! We will come back next time. Thank you!

Excellent staff, onsen next building”
This hotel is located on a hill. You need a car to get up here . Parking is free . The hotel staff were excellent , even helping us to phone another hotel . Rooms are of a decent size some with excellent view . Onsen is in the next building . Entry 800yen. Quite nice with the silk bath and another one with the massaging jets of water . Towels are provided in the onsen . Breakfast was adequate with both western and Japanese selection . What I disliked about the place was the poor wifi during peak time use . Beds were rather hard and noise proofing poor . Request for a room away from the lift lobby to avoid noise from inconsiderate people .

EM wellness resort is very clean and boasts a great spa facility. However, the onsen fee is not included in the hotel price. It is 800yen per entry, so it makes it a little expensive if we were to visit it more than once. The onsen has a silky bath pool, which is quite impressive. The cafe at the lobby serves food at affordable prices and many organic food items are sold at the EM wellness shop.

We had a very enjoyable long 9 nights there, although we spent very little time in the room, the facilities were comfortable. Beds are very hard, so we had to get assistance to soften them a little, and the meal for dinner was not a good value for a paying customer. We did not eat at the other meals though we heard that lunch was the better, we happen to be out from about 9 AM every day and not return until after 9PM most days. will consider staying here next year during our visit.

The staff was very friendly and supportive. Had all four rooms on the same floor for my guests . Thanks to the staff initiatives! Didn’t had a good view of the room, which i could. But the air was fresh at the TOP of the hill.

Near to biggest Aeon mall in Okinawa”
Location is good and staffs are very friendly. Too bad this time a bit rush, so we don’t really have time to try their spa. By the way, you have to pay to use their spa facilities, around 800 yen. Only one things we would like to highlight, the cleanliness of the room can be improved further.

Stayed for one night and the facilities were clean, a little old though. Nice view from the top. The bakery shop made very healthy and tasty bread and we bought one to try. Didn’t have chance to try other facilities.

Hotel is up on the hill with panoramic view. Huge room but sort of old design. No pool no gym no onsen. A bit disappointed. But stay is comfy.

We booked Deluxe Twin room with 4 super single bed, room very big and hotel located on top of the hill although not so convinence but still acceptable. Short drive to American Village and Aeron Mall.
