It’s just ok”
There’s no argument that you got what was needed. They made sure that the bare minimum is available. The last straw was when the swimming pool entrance guard made my elderly sister walk around to a 2nd entrance door when she was standing in front of the other. There’s many dangerously slippery places I.e. a ramp to the hot tub, the bath tubs in the rooms, the valet area, the breakfast area. While we appreciated the breakfasts very much. Security person Viviana was patient and kind after a fall in the bathroom. Thank you for that.

Awful customer service”
Upon arrival there was food on the floor and the bed looked like someone already laid in it. The sheets were also dirty. Waited an hour for the room to be “corrected”. I paid for a pool view. The windows were so dirty I couldn’t even take a picture of the “view” from my room. They do not clean the dolma daily nor provide new towels. When you call for towels expect to wait 1 hour plus. I had to call multiple times for towels. They seem to wash towels in the morning when people usually need them. Who tells a guest there’s no towels they are being washed?!? Our safe didn’t work. Toilette constantly stopped up. I was told a supervisor would be up 3 different incidents yet he never came. They also do nit allow you to take beach towels from the pool to your room. They would rather you freeze and drip to your room. Never again will I stay here.

The room was extremely filthy, lots of hair, never vacuumed, had a typical stink and the bed mattress needs to be replaced. The room was attended to only once in my 5 day stay in spite of multiple request.

We stayed at embassy suites casino and hotel super close to the airport after our cruise! It was fabulous! Customer service was outstanding! We called early when our cruise arrived back and were tired and wanted to lay by the pool while we waited for our 4pm check in. This was not an issue at all. They held our bags and gave us a temporary card pass for the pool while we waited and we got a text when the room was ready! We loved the free happy hour 5:30-7:30! Also free breakfast with made to order omelettes! The hotel had two restaurants inside which we ate at both! One was the outback. They also had a place to get food outside by the pool. Drinks were good and not that expensive! Will absolutely be going back to this hotel and recommend it to everyone! Uber to the airport was under $10 and it was under $10 to old San Juan!

Great resort with good restaurants and facilities. Walking distance from beach and restaurant along with pharmacies (cvs and Walgreens). Very friendly and helpful staff as well. Worth the booking I’ll definitely redo this trip.

When I get there they told me that my reservation is not booked yet and I have to wait until 7:30 at night for them to give me a room and they told me my room never be booking for no One.
