Place is clean. Staff are very courteous. Limited parking space. Wi-Fi has low signal strength. Should provide at least two key cards - one for power and one for hand carry. Cleaning agent for bathroom is quite slippery especially when wet - should rinse it very well to avoid accident.

Accommodations were very good. Expect smallish room, after all it's a boutique hotel. I was however very impressed with the breakfast menu. The breakfast room had excellent ambiance.

pros: (1) hot water is available, (2) walking distance from the supermarket, mercury drugstore, and jollibee, (3) very friendly and helpful staff, (4) willing to accommodate special reuqests such as having a refrigerator available in the room, (5) grabtrikes are available in the area, (6) hotel can arrange ATV ride tours in Cagsawa ruins and they can also arrange rental cars if the guests ever need a driver to tour them around the city. cons: (1) only 1 key card is provided so DO NOT LOSE IT, they don't have spare cards available and you'll have to rely on their custodian to keep opening your room for you for the entire duration of your stay, (2) water flow gets weak during peak times when everyone is using the water all at once, (3) electricity went out twice for 3 mins during our 6 day (5nights) stay there, (4) they're not allowed to come inside your room to clean it and dispose of the trash, visitors will have to take leave the trash outside their door then call for someone to come pick it up, it's a bit of a hassle,

Room was clean and cozy. Only complaint is that the water pressure for hot water was basically non existent. Will recommend to anyone who will just be sleeping in their room and want a clean and pretty well furnished room with a cozy bed.

Location was great, close to restaurants. Just pls make sure room is ready for guests, there were holes on the ceiling from empty light receptacles. Wifi signal was slow in the room but ok near the door, hot water was not regulated. Bfast and staff were ok. Superior room is quite small.

Upon check in, no bath towel available, though, they allow me to check in earlier. But I got my towel past 3PM.need to called 3x times to remind. There's a cockroach in the shower floor, and runs into the cabinet under sink. Need insecticide (baygon). Smell of cockroach is noticeble in the bathroom Bed is comforable, clean and quite. Their “Superior double room” was too small for 3pax or for fam like us. They just gave us an extra bed to accommodate the other one. Booked for 3pax but they didn’t mention upon booking that the amenities & bfast were only for 2. Not really a good experience staying with them.

Clean, and Nice Interiors”
I stayed at Emerald Boutique hotel for 3 days, and it was amazing. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, and they hooked us up with a tour group which took us to Mayon Volcano. Room is very clean! I have a thing for bathrooms, and the first thing I look at is if there are any molds on the tiles, stains on the shower curtain, etc. I love how Emerald Boutique exceeded my expectations! Consistent hot water from the shower and faucet, very clean tiles, and brand-new white towels (I hate worn out/overused towels in hotels). Bed and pillows are comfortable, and housekeeping is on request, which I prefer. They gave us more towels and toiletries as soon as we settled in the room, and staff are very attentive to our needs. Hotel is also situated a block from the city hall, and most of the popular restaurants are within walking distance. Try Small Talk Cafe, only 2 blocks away. Will definitely book here again when I go back to Legazpi. :)

The hotel is located near the City Hall of Legazpi, Albay. The size of the room is just enough for two people since we are 4 in the room we have 2 extra beds. Still the room space were able to accomodate the extra beds. Pros: 1. Located at the center of the City. 2. Free Airport transfer to and from the hotel. (Thumbs up for this service!) 3. The hotel staff were very accommodating. You can leave your baggage at the front desk while waiting for time to check in. Cons: 1. Upon arrival at the hotel the toiletries are just for one person. One toothbrush, Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and soap. I think they should have known that 4 guests are expected to arrive at their hotel since booking was made in advance.

I thought everything was perfect. It's a budget hotel but it doesn't feel cheap. There are not many facilities, but if you just need a place to stay in Legazpi, then it's perfect. The only thing that is a bit meh was the smell of the dining place. It smells like an old and dirty kitchen. Other than that, I really liked this place.

The hotel is average, but a good value for your money - if you don't encounter the same trouble you and this hotel caused us. They had payment problems with you (and Asia Travel, a third party payment service which closed a few months ago). I paid in full 7 months in advance (non-refundable), yet I was caught in between the feud of these parties. Asia Travel didn't settle their debts with hotel partners. So Emerald Boutique was asking me to pay them at the hotel on my check in day (they didn't acknowledge my email with proof of payment). They were also audacious enough to ask me to chase after Asia Travel instead. LOL. The hotel manager didn't talk to me at all. She let her staff take all my frustration (they were giving me 20% discount too). We had to tell them that we will call the police on them if they didn't accommodate us. When we got there, they said the manager shouldered our stay. Should I be thankful for that? NO! I don't owe her anything! DO NOT BOOK THIS ONLINE!

Clean and nice rooms, compared with other hotels in the Philippines (even Manila) I found it a little bit pricey but maybe that's normal in Albay?

PROS: Clean and cozy. Has nice beds and shower amenities. Has airport service. 10 mins away from the airport. Walking distance to restaurants and Robinson's supermarket. Accessible to jeepneys going to malls. Wifi is good. Well-lit rooms. Staff are corteous. CONS: Some rooms are small for two persons. Food service needs improvement. It is not good to serve food like corned beef straight out of cans.
