Stayed at this hotel for more than a week. Excellent service from the moment I arrived. Check in / check out was very smooth and the hotel staff were friendly and enthusiastic at all times. They went out of their way to show me the facilities and to assist with checking Grab prices upon my request. Room was clean, spacious, and quiet. Hotel location is just a short walk / grab ride away from D1 and is also near the well known Pho Hoa Pasteur, other good eateries, and a supermarket. The selection at breakfast buffet was not extensive but was definitely adequate. There was fresh pho and made to order eggs available, as well as pretty good coffee. Enjoyed my time at this hotel and appreciate the hospitality extended by the team.

Great location and clean. Hotel offers a small washer and dryer, free of charge, and even an iron for short use (very rare in Saigon). Very nice and polite staff. The only minus is the high cost of breakfast if you want to add it to your room. So, make sure to book a room with breakfast or have breakfast outside.

Been staying at EMM hotel more regularly during my time in VN. Nice suite setting with kitchen and living room makes the space feel more home than a hotel space. IMO, this hotel deserves 4 stars as it can compete with other hotels in terms of comfort, location, customer service, etc. Will be returning in January 🙂

Good location; safe, quiet and easy to get anywhere. Staff is kind and helpful but not so very well-trained yet; they rarely pay attention to people coming to the building and don't greet, just looking down focusing on their phones. As hoteliers sometimes say when price discounted quality of guests lowered. I could hear all the family conversations as they speak out loud in the night, children cried out, squeezed in while using laundry machine and so on, which I didn't experience before in the past. Sad to see the pandemic damaged this industry this way.

Hotel was fine, big room and confortable, but there was a huge construction right next to it. Also the light in the room had some problems and we couldn’t turn it off, had to call the staff who also didn’t know how to fix it and had to call other staff. They were all very helpful though.

Spent a night in Ho Chi Minh city at the Emm hotel and had only the best things to say after my stay. Hotel was very well maintained and cleaned, with nice scents and bright shiny floors. The hotel had a very nice modern/minimalistic look to it. The staff were extremely kind and helpful and all spoke English. I arrived quite early in the morning, and my room was of course not ready, so they kindly gave me a smaller room to relax in and shower, while I waited for my room to vacate and get cleaned, which was done in a very efficient and effective manner. The food in the hotel's restaurant was really good, especially the breakfast. The restaurant also had a lovely outdoor terrace with a bar that overlooked the city. The rooms were clean, very well equipped, and well decorated and maintained. Overall, I have nothing negative to say about my stay at this hotel. I definitely highly recommend it.

From start to finish we had an excellent experience in this hotel. The terrace bar, floor 11, was a delight after the heat and business of the days in Ho Chi Minh City. The staff at all levels were exceptionally helpful, all speaking good English.

Staffs are extremely nice and the decoration is modern and beautiful. Best place to stay in Ho Chi Minh city. The only thing is that when i came there the room is still filled with smoke which is very uncomfortable. But after I asked the staff to clean the smell, they did it right away.
