Perfect Apartment in a Perfect Location”
As it says above plenty to do and see in this area plus with Liverpool St station opposite you have access to all of central London at your door step. Staff were polite and helpful and the apartment was very spacious , clean and very comfortable - would highly recommend

Stayed in the hotel for 10 days as a mix of work and pleasure. Superbly well-located, right in front of Liverpool St station, close to all amenities London has to offer. The room was large and comfortable. Staff incredibly helpful and friendly. Had an incident with the guests above me throwing a party on a Saturday night (it’s the downside of being very close to Shoreditch, I’m afraid. But being from the area I’m well aware that these can happen), and staff were very accommodating and swift in their solution, offering me to sleep in another room for the night. I also had a package arriving after I left, and they offered to post it to a friend in London free of charge. Will definitely stay again when I’m in need to head back to London!

196 Bishopsgate Serviced Apartment locates perfectly, next to Train and underground. We stayed in an one-bedroom apartment, and the whole room is much bigger than we expected. The apartment includes a spacious kitchen, washing machine, sofa..... Besides, there is a TESCO next door; it opens 24 hours.

We didn’t actually spend much time in our sort meant because we were out so much, but it was clean, spacious enough and facilities were ok. We said we’d go back there, mainly because of the great location to get out and do things.

We have eight people ! Have booked three nights and 2 apartments ! Each apartment 5xx sq feet ! Big living room ! Two big bedrooms ! Big open kitchen! 1. 距離Liverpool station underground only one minute walk 2. Only 2 mins walk to supermarket! The supermarket was very big and open for 24 hours! 3. Police station just next to the appartment! Very safe 4. Many restaurants nearby 5. 6 mins walk to St Mary Axe 6. 19 mins walk to Tower of London 1 min walk from Tower of London to City Cruise Pier to take a cruise to Greenwich or Westminster 7. 19 mins walk to London Bridge, The Monument 8. 20 mins walk to Tower Bridge 9. 26 mins walk to The Shard 10. 27 mins walk to HMS Belfast

This is a fantastic location at a very competitive price. Staff were friendly and helpful. The property is pretty tired and scruffy and while my specific apartment was clean it did not smell the freshest. However, this is budget accommodation for the area so not bad value. Not one for a couples romantic break but good for one or two nights in the city for a work trip..

Zero WiFi, condescending staff”
Informed the receptionist on our Day 1 upon checking in that WiFi in our room wasn't working. Staff attitude was condescending and unhelpful. After much explaining, they promised every morning that they'll sort it out "tomorrow" but that day never came. We were there for 4 days and unfortunately never had WiFi resolved.

I had to stay up in town at the last minute and found 196 Bishopsgate next to my office. What a wonderful place. Great apartment, plenty of space at a good price. Will be staying again soon.

All-included hotel in great location”
The hotel staff is friendly. The hotel is located near Liverpool Street Station, which is centrally located in London city and convenient to access to major attractions. It is a service apartment, which include kitchen with oven, microwave oven, washing machine. We cooked for our breakfast and dinner. There are some bars near the hotel, so it may be a bit noisy if you stay in lower floors. I highly recommend the polar bear bar nearby, the burgers are very nice.

Stayed here for one night only, location and good reviews were my main criteria to choose this hotel as I was travelling with a small child. Staff were very friendly, location superb and apartment very spacious for central London. Felt very safe at night, we had a quiet room with a window out the back. I could make myself a coffee before we left the next day which was nice. Would definitely recommend even for longer stays due to great facilities and location. Room was very clean and tidy, heated towel rack in the bathroom a plus.

stayed at 196 bishopgate service apartment whilst in london for work and it's a relatively enjoyable experience especially due to its proximity to offices around liverpool street area. however, slight drawbacks of the hotel include the lift being under repair at the time of visit as well as its proximity to the main road and bars which make it sometimes quite noisy at night.
