Excellent location especially if your flying into terminal 3.. ”
Well set up with everything you need including drinking water. Unit was clean and well set up. Even shampoo and tooth paste. High speed internet. Microwave, frig, coffee pot, two burner stove, dishes, silverware.. Security is excellent and very helpful.. I walked from terminal 3, took 5 minutes. Flew out of Terminal 2 which is on the other side of airport, Grap - 150P. Lots of places to eat within 2 minute walking distance and grocery store.. Many of the places will deliver. Highly recommend if you have a long lay-over or need place to stay night before your flight, or in case couple days between flying in and out..

Spacious yung unit. lahat ng needs mo andon na. from wifi,utensils ,plate,water,ref,plates, and baso. sobrang linis ng place. and malapit lng sa kainan. the owner is super kind madaling kausap. i recommend super recommend this place if you want to chill or if may flight kayo super near lang in naia terminal. Ung bed nila super lambot ,from comforter to kumot super linis. aircon is working well. may aircon na sa sala and may aircon pa sa room. and especially ung CR ang ganda at ang linis 💝💝💝

Clean, big, budget priced one bedroom suite!”
This is one of the better units I have stayed in when compared to 10+ different units over the last 30 days. It is meticulously clean. My only negative was the internet was likely the cheapest plan that money can buy with speeds that reflect it. Regardless, this is my favourite place in the Newport area. Great for expats and gamblers as good shopping, grocery, and Casino are steps away.

We booked for 1 night. Best place for a layover. Situated right across the airport terminal 3, you just need to cross the street. Very near to Newport mall, 9 min walking. Very clean! It has a kitchen with everything you need. You will find water, coffee, shower gel, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush. It was perfect, I wish we stay longer. The only thing I want to mention is that when we arrived my name couldn't be found and they wanted to put me in another building because the one I booked was not available. I knew the other buildings are not as nice because I read the reviews on Agoda so I told them I want to stay in that building because that is what I paid for and they said okay and took me to the room I booked. I found this a bit sketchy because there was an available room and they wanted to take me to the less nice buildings... Other than that everything was perfect.

Manuel was quick to reply for some queries. Also, I arrived early, and since nobody occupied the day before, I was allowed to check in. The place is nice and clean. With all the amenities that yo can enjoy. It was just a block away from Marriot, where I was having the conference. I will really book this place again.

The Host has three or four Units at this location. I will stay here the first and last night on all my trips to t he Philippines. The location (10 Mins walk)to the International concourse at the airport is hard to beat! Clean and comfortable! NO Complaints at all!

Perfect stop for our layover. Manuel the owner of the unit was very helpful and kind. Inside the unit was plenty of food delivery options. Very clean and cozy. The bed was very small but perfect for one person or a small couple.

We had planned to do a 10-hour layover. Unfortunately with our multiple flight delays, we only got two hours in this room. But the location is so perfect, because you can just literally walk across the street to get there. And Manuel was super responsive to our many messages, and was there to meet us when we finally arrived. We were very impressed. Thank you!

Short cab ride to terminal 2; very clean and well decorated; ac and hot water very good; for a stay close to the airport this could not have been better; my stay was 1 night :) I would definitely use this again and recommend to a friend.

Perfect place and location”
We loved the condo. From terminal 3 you can walk over the bridge to the McDonald’s. Keep going straight and make a left at the first street and the condo will be on the right down two streets. Perfect location. Very nice owner. We arrived late and he was very patient with us. Would stay again for sure.

Good place to stay close to airport and resort world Manila”
I have stayed here 5 Or 6 times overnighting when arriving and leaving the Philippines. You can use the Resorts World free airport shuttle getting on and off at the Marriott and walking about 5 minutes to the apartments

The owner is very helpful, the location is fantastic a 5 min walk from terminal 3 , you have a mall and plenty of shops also in walk-in distance, it’s very secure and the security guards professional and friendly and helpful, this place gets 10 out of 10 from me , I’ve stayed here many times and it’s so reasonably priced
