Bad place to stay, no security, no privacy, no cleanliness”

I came to check in after a whole day at DisneySea wanting my daughter to experience the Japanese style room. Came by at 11.30pm, released that the hotel reception is closed and they left a printed letter with my full name on the table, asking me to take the keys and go to my room myself (the room number is printed on the letter was well) first and will come to me tomorrow morning for the check-in procedure. This is such a huge security lapse. The room itself was dirty, we see hairs and dirt on the bedsheets, not to mention stains. So bad that we decided not to change the sheets the next day after we tried cleaning up the sheets ourselves. We decided to sleep in late as we were tired. To our dismay, someone opened our door without knocking at 1030am multiple times (the latch was the only thing stopping the door from fully opening). It turned out to the hotel staff trying to get me for the check-in. I could write more bad stuff but the character limit is stopping me.

立地はJR御徒町駅と秋葉原駅のちょうど真ん中。”

観光するにはいい立地だと思います。部屋も掃除が行き届いていてきれいです。スタッフの方の対応もよかったです。深夜１２時過ぎのチェックインになりましたが、すでにスタッフはおらず宿帳のかみと鍵だけが置かれてました。個人情報の管理だけが心配。

飲み会で遅くなり”

事務所の近くのこのホテルを取りました。全和室です。フロントが閉まってしまうので、左記にチェックインだけして夜中に戻りました。鍵を持ち歩くのが多少の手間ですが、畳の部屋でゴロッと寝るのは気持ちいいです。

必要十分”

小学生と1歳の子供を連れての利用。和室は子供もくつろげるのでとても良かった。設備もキレイ。バスルームがもう少し広いと更に良いのですが、必要なものは十分の揃ってるのでまた利用したいです。
