It’s really 5 stars hotel . Amazing entertainment for the adults and kids . The aqua is super fantastic. The staff are very cooperative Special thanks for Mr. Mostafa Hamdy in the reception for his great help and continues support..... I really like his way of working . Only one concern is about the level of the food it is not good as other resorts in Sharm and unfortunately I have to eat outside of the hotel

At this hotel the reception people need go to learn how to talk with gest , the air conditioner stop working I call 10 time until thay send to fix I was 2 day without air conditioner, the house keeping was bad we recive 1 towel for 3 gests , when we recive the room the t.v was not working its took them 3 days to fix it.

كانت اقامتي شاملا تم ترقية الغرفة من قبل موظف الاستقبال ، الغرفة نظيفه و جميله ، و الالعاب المائية جدا كتيره و متنوعه ، الوجبات كلها جيدا لاكن الغدا كان غير متنوع العشا كان في اكتر من مطعم صيني و ايطاني و مغربي ، المرافق بجانب الفندق كافي الف ليلة و ليلة . و كافي فرشة قريب ١٠دقايق مشي من الفندق . يمكن الدخول الى الفندق المجاور و اللعب في الالعاب المائية و استخدام المطاعم .

أسرتى تتكون منى وطفلين وامى وخادمه كنت حاجزه غرفه كبيره باثنين سرير حجم كبيروكانت تكفى لنا كلنا لكن ما قبلوا بالفندق وأصروا انها بتكفى فقط لعدداتنين بالغين واجبرونى اخد غرفه مثلها تماما ودفعت ضعف المبلغ فقط من اجل من وجهه نظرهم ان الخادمة كانت زيادة طبعا دفعى ضعف المبلغ اثر على باقى الرحلة لأنى كنت عامله ميزانيه محدده
