This place is GREAT in every way. Feels nice and homey, yet still stylish, has everything you need and lots of room. It's close to an mrt and jeepney terminal as well as a taxi station. Ive made several trips to Manila and out of all the places ive stayed at, this was the most advantageous place ive stayed at. Just make sure you have access to the email you linked to your account cause the check in process is explained there, (something that made checking in a hassle for me). Great place in every way! Highly recommend!

fair price and good location”
Cons: the unit we got is not the one on the photos i guess they have different rooms and you will have a chance to be assigned to a older room or the one in photos. Pros: its fair enough for the price everything is working kitchen and hot water in toilet, close to shopping centre and only 10 - 15 minutes away from the airport.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment, very spacious, 3 bathrooms (including the maids room), the staff are just amazing, great location with Greenbelt 5 just in front of you and from their the entire shopping complex ( Landmark, SM ), our only negative was the oven, very dirty inside and told by the staff that it didn't work as well, apart from that we highly recommend Alcoves.

Stayed here last 2015 and came back this year march 2019 because of the great location. Right across the entrance of greenbelt 5. staff are also very accommodating and responds quickly to any queries. highly recommended.

It is good choice as it is not too far from the airport, help to save transportation time in this terrible traffic Manila, it is also very convenient for shopping as it is just cross-road of the biggest shopping area, Greenbelt Mall

The service at Alcoves is amazing. The apartment I stayed in was in BSA Tower in Makati, just across the street from Greenbelt. Really convenient. There was noise related to construction in the unit above. Alcove agreed to refun my non-refundable room charges and help me finding another unit. I decided to stay any way. Very responsive service. Will come again. Recomnded without any reservation.

my only negative remark would be the cooking Facilities, as we tend to cook at home, they were average, but apart form that, great place and great staff, our host made us feel as we were part of the family and not just another renter, thankyou Alcoves for dealing with all our needs and wants, already told my wife this is where we will lodge next time we are back.

Great Place to Stay like legit!”
A great place to stay. The location is very central with all the convenience well within few meters. Check in is hassle free and the host is very responsive. On the downside, the shower drain is clogged, so expect the floor to be literally flooded. The toilet is also clogged, takes 2-3 flushing before you can clear whatever it is you dropped there. Over all the stay was amazing, the view is superb. The bed is big enough for a couple and the linens are damn shiok! Highly Recommended!

Alcoves Greenbelt”
Excellent location just across the road from Greenbelt, the apartment offers a fairly well equipped kitchen, quite sufficient to make an evening meal, refridgerator, kettle and ovenette/toaster. Maybe could do with slightly bigger area for preparation and an extra ring on the stove would have been handy,but easily manageable. The apartment was located on 27th floor giving a panoramic city view from the balcony. The double bed was comfortable and the comfort room is fine for short stays. I have stayed with Alcoves on a number of occasions and would recommend them 100%. We have always had excellent service and fast responses to our needs

The place is different from one in the photo but it's still okay. It's good if you're a couple or solo traveler since place is a small for family travelers, unless you request for extra bedding. Complete kitchen equipment and all are working. Place is old but clean. Location is excellent.

Service is the best, need improvement on facility and cleanliness”
Best service and location, just cross the road reach greenbelt mall. Fast response and good service from staff. They even allowed we early check in and stay at other room while waiting our room to be ready. Only the cleanliness and room facility need to change new. The first day we shower with dirty yellow water...then the heater overheat and almost burst...then the toilet bowl is overflow, also the bidet toilet is leaking...overall is still consider value for money..

Location is fantastic. Not bad for the price but facilities in the apartment are limited. Very limited bench space in kitchen for cooking. Fairly old and in urgent need of renovation. Not entirely clean with stains and mould in the bathroom. Ceiling had dust but cleaners did nothing to clean it after they were told. Water pressure for shower not good. No bidet for the toilet. Limited toiletries provided. No coffee or drinking water provided on arrival. Bathroom is a bit small with no hand shower. Cleaners inflexible about cleaning times unless arranged with management a day before. Air conditioner quite old and noisy

Location is good, just across Greenbelt 5, Ayala Museum - just right at the side of the street so it will be hard to park the car or for the grab car to wait for you for a longer time. 7-11 is at the next door. Building is quite old so is the interior and equipment like AC, Stove, Bathroom. AC is make quite a noise.
