The room is clean. they make sure everything thing is clean. Staff is very accommodating and respectful. The down side is too far from the boracay beach front but they have a shuttle (free if your booking *hotel booking* but if you booked from hotel room owners you need to pay 100 per ride. And first trip is 7am so u will not enjoy the sunrise last trip is 12 midnight. air-conditioned shuttle is subject for availability. For its fine Id rather choose non air conditioned shuttle because most of the time Im wet. The buffet is not so impressive, for 9 days its more on cereal, pancakes, 1kind of fruit example watermelon. You can request birthday cake if u have a birthday party the hotel staff can sing for u in the breakfast area. hahahaha like they did for my friend. One thing I like so much is the infinity pool that you can enjoy while having breakfast. And the private area of puka beach. Free shuttle to puka beach and they will provide tables and towels for u. My building is iliniza. if i were u better choose illiniza its near the frontdesk, other buildings is too far. Overall everything was great I had the best boracay days of my life. The free shuttle to DMall and Puka beach is convenient. Easy to go around for guests. Spotless clean room w bath tub, and a balcony w a view, same. Goes w the pool that has ana overlooking view of. The blue. Sea. The staff are polite and attentive. The location of alta vista is perfect as it is away from the very crowded stations in boracay. I enjoyed every minute. Highly reccomendable 👍

It's actually my 3rd time staying in alta vista, only reason to unlike it for some people is the location. its far away from the white beach of boracay and the e-cabs are hesitant to pick commuters to and from alta vista, but for the right price e-cab drivers will definitely bring you to and from alta vista. Good thing they have scheduled van transfers which you can utilize, you just need to make sure to take note of their schedules and make plans or reservation ahead of time. they also have transfer to and from the famous puka beach which is just a 5min van ride. view and environment is really good, such a peaceful and quiet place. there were monkeys playing just outside our room and at the balcony, for us nature/animals lover its okay but for others, they might get disturbed or even scared. wifi is okay, pool view was breath taking, food is pricey but its all worth it. breakfast is okay, they no longer have the super buffet break just like my last 2 stays with them but its still okay, given that it was pre pandemic and its not peak season. overall , i would definitely recommend the place. its been a decade and their facilities and rooms , mostly the air conditioning are still on top condition. will definitely stay here again. if you want to experience it and would be staying in boracay for atleast 4 nights, try booking a hotel near white beach for 2 nights and 2 nights here in alta vista. or go all the way here in alta vista. staffs are courteous and very helpful.

When we arrived at the hotel, I was mesmerized by its landscape and beauty! The staff were very courteous. I booked a deluxe room and it was very spacious and very clean. They would clean the room and change linens and towels everyday. The breakfast buffet offers Filipino food and it was very delicious! The location is far but the hotel offers hourly van transfer to D’Mall Jollibee (station 2) and to Puka beach. It will take 30mins to the main beach and 5mins away to Puka beach. The infinity pool must try and it was ig worthy! Hehe! But they should fix their wifi connectivity. Thanks and God bless!

Finally im able to give this awesome hotel a review. Because Alta Vista is worth it! This hotel made me feel like a VIP. Of all the hotels ive been to, Alta made sure that i was very much welcome and i felt that they were happy i booked the hotel by leaving a welcome note on my bed! Shallow as it may seem but i loved it! They took a little time and little effort to put my full name on it. Little things but bigger impact :) lets go to the restaurant... during our first night, i talked to one of the waiters. I asked if they have some complimentary cake or stuff for the bf as it was his birthday. They were sorry to say no. But lo and behold, they presented a piece of their dessert with matching birthday song the next day when we were having our breakfast! 😊 bf and i was truly happy and really a moment to cherish. All because of the care of Alta Vista. And of course how will i forget the great, kind, accommodating staffs of the hotel behind all of these? Surely, we will come back!

Me and my husband stayed in Alta Vista de Boracay last Apr 20-22. It was a good experience. They have free shuttle service to dmall and puka beach which is very convenient. I love the infinity pool. The staff are very nice and they provide good service. Highly recommended and will definitely stay again here.

We really loved our stay here, all the staff are very welcoming and they stop and greet you whenever you come across them. The place is extremely neat, the rooms are big and worth the price. I would definitely book here next time. Although it might not be suitable for some because it’s 15 minutes drive from the white beach.

We got this on a Deal in agoda for a very low price. I wasn’t expecting how big the room is. The breakfast is very good, the staff are polite and very accommodating. The location of the Hotel in the Island is good since they provide free shuttle going to Puka beach and also to City Mall which is a gateway to other parts of the Island (via Trycicle). We thought at first that booking on this hotel would be a hassle going to Stations 1-3, but we were wrong. We stayed on Boracay for a week and we only book two days in this hotel. The other days we chose a hotel near the beach which costs the same but was 2/5 overall compared to Alta Vista de Boracay Hotel. If we knew how easy it is to go to the Beach from hotel, we wished that we just booked all week long of our stay. If given the chance at the same low price, we will absolutely stay at this hotel again on our next visit to Boracay. Although one thing I didn’t like was the intermittent and slow Internet via their free Wifi.

The staffs are very friendly and accommodated. They greet every time they see you. The place, the hotel is the great if you want to relax and have some peaceful day. The only thing we're not satisfied, was their breakfast. Not that great.

Amazing Stay at Alta Vista”
What we loved the most about the hotel was the service. The hotel provides free shuttle bus every 15 mins to go Puka beach and D’mall, at the White Beach. The staff is very gentle and kind, always ready to help. The breakfast buffet was amazing, the view from the restaurant in front of the pool and the hills is lovely. In the clear days, you can also see the sea from the infinity pool. The room was clean and spacious. Recommended!!

The rooms are big , loft nice balcony. The ambience is perfect. Pool is cool with its view. Breakfast buffet is fabulous. Hot plates, drinks, desserts and the view is overlooking Boracay. They have regular shuttle to help people get around the vacation spots.

Thanks to Gold Pangan for resolving the issues at hand. And to Mitch Pardo who has been very good in coordinating with the management team as well as the resort staff. Jane from the housekeeping is very keen to learn. Rule from the restaurant was also very open to make a change. Mitch even made sure we had breakfast available before we checked out as it was earlier than the schedule they had it available. Since the whole island has been closed for rehab and the pandemic came in, they didn’t seem to be not that ready. Nevertheless, they were very accommodating and made sure our requests were met. They’re very open to suggestions which is good for their improvement. I’m sure pretty soon they’d be up for an unparalleled service excellence. Overall, we had a pleasurable stay.

I only book 1 night in this hotel due to the reviews and stayed 3 more nights in hue hotel. I found out that the reviews are not reliable when i get there. The staff was very accommodating especially the supervisor of concierge i forgot his name kodus to you sir. They have scheduled shuttle service going to dmall and open shcedule to puka beach. They are very helpfull and if you request something expect that it will be done in just 1 minute. The room was a little bit far but it is ok for us. They are accommodating and prioritizing the elderly near the pool area which is very good. Will definitely go back to this place if you want relaxation and very good ambiance. Thanks to all staff and the food was great
