Good location with good service”
Room is big for london standard with superb location - within a minute walk to shopping at oxford street, marble arch subway and big bus city tour. Hotel staff is fantastic and breakfast is good. Definitely will stay at this hotel when i m back to london!

Awesome location”
The location of the hotel is unparalled to any other. It is the place to be if you wanna be at Oxford street. Its literally 3 minutes away from Primark ! and only 5 minutes away to Marble Arch Tube Station. The convenience is definitely there. It is slightly expensive though due to the location but other than that, its a great hotel with a wonderful room.

Fantastic location for shopping and sightseeing. The hotel bedroom was very comfortable and well equipped but needed to supply instructions for the coffee machine. Breakfast was sumptuous and catered for all tastes and preferences. The only reason I have not given total gold stars was two of the lifts were not working on the busiest time of the morning and the busiest weekend of the year and no-one appeared to be addressing the problem.

The hotel location is excellent as it's very near to Underground station (Train station, Hyde Park, Oxford Street), moreover it's between the great shopping hub where you could get everything including nice food restaurants (halal and vegetarian), moreover the grocery stores are just behind this hotel. And Plus point is the coffee shop COSTA is inside of this hotel.

A very strategic location! In front of primark! My mother shop everyday in primark hahaha~ i no need to worry, she just walk across the road. Hotel is clean, and yes the price is a bit high.

The hotel is favored with good location in Oxford street very close to shopping area, Hyde park and underground station. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I thank the management, especially Ms. Lisa for very good supports in upgrading my room due to issue with the previous room at late night. But wondering why the reception did not print to me room charges receipt at check out stating that the booking was made through Agoda, and not possible to do so,

The hotel is situated right next to Oxford Street with nearby walking distance Selfridges and convenient access to shops, pharmacies, Sainsbury local, etc. The room size is relatively spacious, with good in-room facilities. Staff are friendly and the cafe located at the lobby provides a great space to chill and relax after a tiring day. The carpet could be cleaned better as it shows signs of aged. Overall, I would highly recommend the hotel for its convenient accessibility and great stay experience.

Great location. Hop on hop off bus pickup just around corner and 2 min walk to underground. Underground was quite easy to workout. Because of location amba arch was a little expensive but nice.

Perfect location ”
Hotel is situated right next to Marble Arch Station and opposite Primark. It's the perfect location to go shopping and drop off your bags. It's centrally located and accessible to other parts of the city. Room is kind of dated but spacious. Shower facilities can be better as the water pressure was quite weak and the temperature unsteady. Breakfast was good by European standards. Overall, I will recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for 1 night. Beautiful big room in a great location. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice for things to eat. Staff very attentive and kind. Downside is the lift…. Had to wait ages each time we needed to use the lift. Not enough lifts for the amount of hotel guests.
