Clean, comfortable and lovely in a great location”
Spent 2 nights in a Deluxe Studio. Rooms are equipped with fully functioning kitchenette, which was something new for me. Impeccably cleaned and very comfortable big bed. Room was equipped with tub ánd shower and all amenities. Breakfast was alright, toasts and a made-to-order egg station. And let's not forget the great service in this hotel: every staff member goes the extra mile to help a guest, really good service. If I must split hairs: the refrigerator makes a loud humming noise which could get on one's nerves. It did not have an apparent silent mode. The pool area is a little drab, could use some better furnishing. The breakfast buffet is a strange combination of Eastern and Western options, I was missing things like hash browns and proper sausages, but also rice porridge or fried dough sticks. But again: splitting hairs. General experience was excellent.

Our stay was great. The facilities were clean and health protocols were in place and implemented properly. But the staff service was superb. Everyone was courteous and all our concerns were promptly addressed. The area was also adjacent to many restaurants and establishments which contributed greatly to convenience. Hotel was fully booked but we never felt crowded as protocols were strictly implemented

Excellent service, ideal location and complete amenities”
Service was excellent from parking reception to check out. Check in was a breeze and we were welcomed with dark chocolate covered rice crisps. The 1bedroom room executive we stayed in is large and fully equipped with all kinds of kitchen and cookwares, even breadtoaster and hotpot. There's also a washer-dryer, and the detergent and dishwashing liquid were thoughtfully provided. The nespresso machine was an excellent upgrade from the usual coffee mini bar. Room service dining options are limited but convenient, well-prepared and are value for money. The street across is usually closed on weekends to make room for pop-up market and activity area for kids. The hotel is only a block away from highstreet and malls.

Home away from Home”
I like travelling solo, and i stay at a lot of Hotels, being an architect i'm pretty selective. Unlike other Hotels - Service is fantastic, you never have to dial twice for queries or room service. And the staff - resto, front desk, utilities - have ready authentic smiles always ready to assist. Hygiene and Cleanliness is spot on. Executive studio is cavernous and so well appointed. Room and Bath smells divine. And Get this! - you have your own Water Dispenser. Location is superb - walking distance to Boni High Street. Breakfast on order tastes opulent - american breakfast combo with apple & yoghurt. Free Valet Service, now that's spoiling me. One complaint though, elevator buttons are so hard to read. I will definitely come back.

The check in procedure was fast. The counter staff who assisted me explained everything bout the hotel services succintly. The rooms assigned to me and my friends have a great view of BGC. The best part of our stay is the bed - the one in my room is comfortably soft while the linens smelled so fresh.

Memorable staycation”
Stayed at their Executive Studio room from March 31 to April 2. We requested for a King size bed which is good for 2 adults and 1 toddler. The room was neatly arranged upon our checkin. A huge plus since it has a top load AWM which we utilized during our stay. Our package includes free breakfast for 2 adults. The selection of food from their breaksfast buffet was not that many, nonetheless, our tummies were still full. For our breakfast last April 1, the fruit selection were dragonfruit and watermelon. Our toddler loves fruits so she got as many as she can eat. The next day, the fruit selection were apples and oranges. Our daughter was looking for a watermelon, however we told her that watermelon is not available on the hotel’s menu. One chef (he was wearing a red lacoste cap) overheard our conversation, approached me and asked if we want some watermelons, I asked if there’s any, he said he’ll check inside the kitchen. A few minutes later, he went to our table, giving us a plate with 3 slices of watermelon. Our daughter was ecstatic to see those watermelons. I don’t know if what the chef did was allowed, but he went the extra mile to satisfy their customers’ request. He even asked us if we still want more watermelons, and I gladly accept the offer. I forgot to get his name, but I thanked him many times for what he did. I hope reads this. Chef, maraming salamat at napasaya niyo po yung anak namin 😁 Our overall stay at Ascott Bonifacio Global City was really memorable since this was our first staycation again since 2020. Kudos to all the staff for doing a job well done!

We stayed here to celebrate New Year’s Eve as a family with relatives from another city coming in. Ascott BGC will be always our home in Manila”
We booked and stayed in 2 bedrooms type and stayed for 3 nights. The room lay-out, furniture and decoration is perfect. Ideal for 3-4 guests. Staffs are all very efficient, energetic and polite. Love when they say "welcome home" when we came back from outside and actually we feel the same way. Location is very near to High street, with many restaurants, supermarket, shops, bars nearby. We will definitely stay here again once we return to Manila.

Beyond surprised at the accommodations ”
We checked in on the 15th and were told we were upgraded to a Premier Two Bedrm Suite and the other to a Three Bedrm Suite for our rez. I had no idea what the rooms look like as I completely relied on images online. I have to say my husband and I always make sure our accommodations are at par with what we typically book from both Four Seasons and Ritz Carlton. We have no idea what Ascott Hotel would be. Beyond. The rooms are so huge, exquisite furnishings, could eat off the floor, bathrooms supersized and super clean, kitchen and dining rooms grand and most of all, the beds are heavenly. Super crazy and can’t wait to rebook. My family will take this hotel any day any time.

I always stayed at the Hyatt previously, this was my first time in the Ascott. I will always stay in the Ascott for now on. The Hyatt has a fancier entry for sure, but the room is equal in quality and space, but has a full refrigerator and complete kitchen in a a standard single bed room.. super well equipped. The staff and restaurant is the best, food is really well done.

I had an amazing stay! Everything is perfect especially the staff. They treat everyone equally no matter what your status is, the way you dress or look. I dress simple and some hotels treat me differently compared to those who is wearing expensive things. The room, facilities, food and view are also excellent. This is the best hotel I ever stayed. Very easy check in and out. Very efficient. ALL OF 5HEM are very helpful and polite. Appreciate it a lot. My family enjoyed our stay. What they can improve on is the breakfast buffet menu. I think the food options could be better. Love the vegetable gratin though!!!

We checked in at 3pm on May 7 but the queue was long because it was mother's day weekend. Despite the long lines, the staff were very helpful and facilitated the check in process. They offered refreshments and snacks at the Scott's restaurant for my family. Kudos to Charles from the front desk. Will definitely go back for staycation

Good hotel overall even though stayed overnight due to a birthday weekend. Easy to find and great access to mall and restaurants. Very spacious room if you already stayed in other Ascott hotels. Clean and staff are wonderful. I had a great time in my stay and will come back in the future.
