Second stay at Astoria Current BORACAY”
I've stayed twice at Astoria Current in Boracay. Both stays w my 3 yr old and 5 yr old grandsons. Both stays were very enjoyable...Friendly, attentive and accommodating staff from the F&B, lifeguards at the pool, frontdesk personnel. Rooms were very clean upon check in, and after we requested tidying up. The grandkids especially enjoyed our poolside room. Buffet breakfasts were great, as well as other ala carte meals, although waiting time was a bit longer for ala carte. The kids especially enjoyed the ice cream machine at the snack bar. There is a nice gym and spa, which I availed of on my first visit last December. The hotel is nicely situated at Station 3 right along the beautiful, powdery white sand beach, which Boracay is known for. Wifi is reasonably good, as my daughter and I had to do some online work-related meetings. For first timers to Boracay, transfers fr Caticlan Airport, the Ferry Terminal, etc are available, although a bit pricy at over PhP1000 per person one-way. There are cheaper assisted commutes for about half that price, which I would recommend for first timers, seniors and/or families w small kids. Would definitely book there again, although would also consider the other Astoria at Station 1 as an alternative:)

Why the best hotel in Boracay? Let me count the whys..... 1. Staff are friendly, very respectful, all wear a smile on their faces, very attentive, very accomodating, patient and you will feel that they love their job in Astoria Current😊 2. Facilities are fantastic! Pool with both fresh water and salt water! What else could you asked for? 3. Breakfast Buffet is amazing! You MUST not miss their authentic hot choco! Same as my Mom's hot choco so I feel like I am drinking the best hot choco in the world! Love it! 4. Free dryer for your swimwear! So no problem where you should hang your wet clothes! 5. Rooms are all pretty! Very homey! Furnishings are high-end for a very affordable price! 6. Wifi is fast! I can work at the same time relax... 7. AC is cold...very comfortable! I will definitely come back again for the third time...our honeymoon hotel and now our anniversary hotel! Well done Astoria Current!

BEST FAMILY VACATION”
From our booking with Ms. Carla to our check-in and other requests with Ms. Sheena at the front desk and other staff, everything was smooth and perfect. Rooms are always clean. Breakfast buffet was always a delight for our kids 8 and 5yrs old. my eldest has special needs and enjoyed everything. Sir Rene at the restaurant always went above and beyond. Sir Nick and his fellow lifeguard saved our daughter who almost drowned. That's my only concern, the kiddie pool runs straight into the adult infinity pool. I was walking behind my youngest when she decided to run and didn't realize that after the shallow part of the pool, it's suddenly deep with no steps or anything. I hope they fix this because even if I was right behind my daughter I couldn't save her right away. Aside from that, we had an excellent stay and highly recommended for families to stay here. I hope they can have a heated pool for night swimming, that would be a great addition for the rainy season too. Thanks so much for the good vacation and fantastic memories.

My Astoria Current experience reminded me of HOME away from HOME. The entire staff from front office down to F &B Floor are the most wonderful people I have encountered. You guys are amazing!!! You can really tell Astoria company is treating them splendidly well. I will come back and stay at Astoria Current as I would like to have another round of splendid experience here. Fast Check in, explicitly clean room and surroundings, warm staff, hotel is beautifully constructed and well designed. I personally love the breakfast buffet. Food and service are top notch. Cant recommend enough. Please see photos for details!!! PS: Please do coordinate with front office to arrange roundtrip transfer from airport to hotel. The transfer was seamless and fast!

Best hotel we’ve stayed at in Boracay”
It is located at the beachfront. Our room was clean. The room had a fridge, microwave, TV, hair dryer, safety vault, several hangers, and slippers. The bed was big and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and clean. It had a bath tub, hot and and cold shower, complete hygiene and dental kit, and towels. The only thing it lacked was a bidet. It was very refreshing to swim in the pool. There were plenty of lounge chairs. You could borrow a mat if you want to hang out by the beach. The staff were accommodating and attentive to our needs. Food was delicious, except for the coffee. We had a great time in Boracay, thanks to Astoria Current. I would definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends.

The hotel is very clean, beautiful interiors and located in the beach front. The food is great and facilities are very good. We enjoyed the swimming pool, it's a splendid place to stay. We also enjoyed the music and the drink after dinner. The Manager, Ollie is very helpful, accommodating and very attentive to our needs. All the staff are courteous and helpful. Value for money. Front desk staff were great! We received a complimentary upgrade. Room was really clean and serviced twice a day. Buffet breakfast had a good selection and Ollie and the F&B staff were friendly and very attentive. The pool was great too! The staff were excellent - very friendly and extremely helpful. The room was cleaned twice a day and the hotel was spotless. The room was excellent - very spacious, extremely comfortable and had all the amenities. The pool area was lovely. The food was incredible! Very tasty and plenty of choice. The hotel was also in the perfect location - there was no noise at night but also situated right in the middle of all the action / beach. Would love to stay here again - couldn't recommend enough.

If this hotel was located at Station 1 or 2, it'd be perfect! Staffs were very friendly. We were given a room in front of the pool so I was expecting it to be noisy and wet but staff there kept on cleaning and making sure the walkway area was dry. Rooms were big and beds are very comfy. Plus, they have bath tubs which is a plus if you have kids! If only the sand in station 3 is the same as 1 and , this would def be my hotel every time I'll visit Bora! Kudos to your staff :)

I had the best time at Astoria - starting from airport transfer, room accommodation, staffs, food options, pool and beach front! The hotel offers best value for money and very family friendly. Had a great time hanging out in the hotel pool and restaurant. Security was fine and its quiet 10PM onwards. Great service from housekeeping staffs and in-room dining was on time and very hao chi! Hope to come back next time with family.

One of the best in Station 3”
I booked Standard Room with Astoria Current Twice. One in Feb and the other in May- both year 2022. And in both instances we were upgraded to deluxe pool view room without us asking them (i believe it still depends on availability, so dont expect too much) All staffs are really kind and hospitable-like really. How can they be all smiles and so respectful. Amenities are also really pretty and clean. Overall a very nice stay!

This hotel is highly recommended especially when you have your family and young children with you. Their accommodation is just superb. We booked a standard room and wooaahh! They just upgraded our room to a suite room for FREE with direct access to the pool! The staff were amazing they will greet you everytime with their genuine smile. The location is perfect. Just a minute walk to the beach coz its just right in front of the hotel. Accessible to other stores if you need to buy something or anything. Everything is hussle -free. We had an excellent stay! Would really recommend this to everyone looking for a beachfront hotel which is close to the restaurants/bars. You can also walk to Station 2 by the beach since you can see a lot of things while walking. Would also highly recommend their staff! They upgraded our room infront of the pool which is very convenient. They also welcomed us with snacks abd drinks. Their staff are very accomodating. They also have free drying service for your wet swimsuits, which is so convenient. Minor thing for improvement is the variety of breakfast food choices. Hope there would be more choices. I stayed a couple of times in this hotel because it is clean and well maintained. It’s a bit far from were the clubs are at, which is a good thing if you dont like the noise and want a relaxing stay. But if you want to get some drinks they also have a live band in the evening, and a karaoke bar. I love their breakfast buffet they have many choices.

Location is the best. Located at Station 3, quiet, less crowd, hotel is just walking distance from the beach and have 2 pools, food is excellent, breakfast, lunch and dinner. We stayed here Dec 2019, we arrived 2 days after the typhoon. Still the hotel is sparkling clean, one of the hotels that have generator during blackout, there’s also running water. Our family will definitely come back and stay here again.

The accommodation was excellent! Our room was upgraded for FREE from standard to suite room. The staff were all warmth and accommodating, wearing their best smiles every time you'll meet them. I highly recommend this hotel especially if you have young children with you. The pool was great. The location is just right in front of the white sand beach of boracay. It is also accessible to different restaurants and convenient stores. Buffet breakfast was awesome!! A hussle-free vacation indeed! I enjoyed our stay here so much. Our room was spacious, complete with basic necessities like refrigerator, microwave, and kitchen utensils. We were also provided with room slippers! I absolutely loved the breakfast, they have a lot of choices. I especially loved their fresh hot choco & bacon everyday!! The staff were great too! They were very courteous, greeting us with smiles on their faces everyday. The best thing is the location of this hotel which is right in front of the beautiful white sand beach in Station 3. I can’t think of anything I didn’t like about this hotel. If I were to go back to Bora, I will book Astoria again.
