Affordable and quality”
Themed room, feels like travelling in a space vessel. I like the lobby, it looks like entering a spaceship. Tv also has cable and phone is working which was very convenient. Aircon was working just fine we have to adjust it to low cooling since it was too cold. Staff was very hospitable.

Best place to Quarantine ”

Booked for Someone”
I book this reservation for my boyfriend who had a meeting within the vicinity. Though my request for late check in was granted (through Agoda customer service and Astrotel's official FB page, because the property does not answer their phone when you call them), my boyfriend however was not satisfied nor happy with his stay. The AC was on full blast however, it's as if it is just an electric fan on number 1. He had to dust off the bedsheet because there are strands of hair. The shower is not working, so he had to use the faucet instead. And most of all, he said that the staff are not even accomodating. Although they did not give him cold shoulders, they does not seem to smile nor be polite with their guest. I would give though an exemption when he told me had to wait for more than 30mins before they could give him a room, it was Saturday night after all.

We are just disappointed that we were give premium room instead of vip room which was booked here because they said vip rooms are all occupied though we were given few drinks but we were really after the room experience. Not gonna go back.

Check in time is 2pm but we waited 30 mins. because they're still prepairing the room. No telephone inside and there's no way to contact the facilities unless you go outside and look for one. No slippers and no bottled water.

The room is nice but! Ohh my God dirty linen has a phone on the side but no dial tone, how to use it in case of emergency or you want to ask something like food delivery, aircon so nosey! Exhaust never works very poor service, I don't know why government recommend that hotel for quarantine my 9 days there like you leaving in the hell
