Affordable Accomodation near Tourist Spots”
We are budget travelers and this is a simple, cheap (less than P400 a night), fan room with own CR (w/ strong shower pressure). The front desk guy gave us hot water in mugs (for our own 3-in-1) and hot water for our cup noodles, he also let us go to their rooftop to take Mayon eruption photos (thank you!). We will go back to Daraga and stay here again.

Content Error”
Well, we were under the impression that the ordinary room is air conditioned as shown on the room description on the mobile app, it is even clearly stated that there is a satellite/cable tv but none of those two were provided as we were all surprised when we got to the room, it's just a fan room w/o TV and the shower was not even working well. I know it's not the property's fault since it's Agoda who presented those details online. Overall, the stay was pretty good and cost efficient too. Thanks Avia Inn for accommodating us.

Accessible to tourist attractions”
Good location and very accessible to tourist attractions such as Sumlang Lake, Cagsawa Ruins and Daraga Church by riding a jeepney. However, no internet data signal inside their room (i was in first floor nearer to lobby). Affordable for solo traveler like me.. Value for money.

Just To Share”
When booking vouchers for two air conditioned rooms - one single and one twin room - were presented to the receiving counter, the staff said reserved rooms were not available and Avia Inn is no longer connected to Agoda since June 2017. Well, something was wrong somewhere. After a long while, when pressed how could it be so, the staff offered instead ONE room at adjacent building still under construction, sans the basic amenities of a hotel room. Since it was already late to look for other place to stay, the room was taken. Bedding, electric fan, pail for the CR and similar items were requested repeatedly and grudgingly granted. One utility personnel though was very supportive, Very unpleasant experience at Avia Inn. Just wondering if Avia Inn is no longer connected with Agoda - as asserted by the staff, why it should still appear in the choice of hotels at Agoda website. Unwary people making on line reservation may fall prey to similar unpleasant experience. More so, it puts Agoda in bad light.

Location is the only positive thing”
Cheap and it's understandable why. Except for the excellent location for going to the Cagsawa Ruins and Daraga Market, everything else is disappointing. Room is small, not very clean, staff looked uninterested. We even have to make a deposit for a second towel in a room for 2 people.

24/7 availability!”
The hotel accommodated us even if it was in the wee hours. Courteous and welcoming staff!

Got a Twin Room AC but the room's AC is not functioning well. Smallest TV units (box type). Dirty walls inside the room + too many ants crawling. The only thing fab about AVIA is that its location is awesome. No breakfast and scary hallways. Good thing I'm always out coz the place really creep me out!

Very good price-value ratio”
Accommodation is very basic, but cheap and just enough to stay over. If you spend whole day outside, it's okay. Rooms we had were very wet and all our stuff needed drying after staying. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Affordable”
Cheap and affordable! Good for a solo traveler. Located at the side of the highway so you can quite hear the cars passing by. But the place is also near the tourist spots: 5-10 minutes jeepney ride to Cagsawa Ruins and Sumlang Lake which costs 8.00 per ride. Room is NOT clean! The wall is supposed to be white or cream but it looks brownish and so dirty. Some looks like blood stains! !@#$%^!

Best-value property for overnight stay”
Our Cebu Pacific flight was unexpectedly cancelled, leaving us with no choice but look for overnight accommodation. Thankfully, this came up, and our party of 9 was not disappointed. It has the most spartan facilities, but they were just enough for our needs.

didnt have much sleep”
The bed is ok, as expected with the value of money. But the bathroom is not, it is too small and you can almost sit on the toilet bowl while taking a shower. Showerhead is not working. The good side of this hotel is that it is very accessible to transportation, but the down side is that since it is a cheap hotel and windows are not properly sealed and curtains dont do much acoustics, you can hear all the buses, trucks, ambulance and jeeps that passby thus resulting to us not being able to sleep (too much noise). we also worry about security because the door doesn't have a double lock.

disappointing ”
Hard to sleep as the location is beside the road. No sound-proofing and I can hear all the noise outside. No wifi connection in the rooms and hallway, only at the reception area which is very inconvenient when you already want to rest in your room. No shower--- broken. My room has cockroach. Worst of all, they charged me per hour after 12pm, despite saying (via phone before I booked) I could check in anytime and check out same time next day without additional charge. Will never book in here again.

Not for Europeans”
The stay was just okay. It is not a hotel for Westeners, but Philippino's would find it okay. Room size was very small, you could not open the door fully as it was obstructed by the bed. There was approximately 600mm clearance between the bed and walls, no drawers, cupboards or hanging space, just a small table with a T.V. You had to ask for towels and there is no seat on the toilet. Wi-Fi only available in the foyer.

Basic, very very basic. Room is tiny and very hot. Manageable for an overnight sleep over but that's that.

Rest is quite good but no meal available”
At least there must be coffee, water or snacks available because the nearest food center is so far. Clients don't want to sleep and die of hunger.

If you need a bed to sleep in and the backpackers is booked up this is an affordable alternative. Far from most things in Legaspi City but closer to the ruins. Also be sure to bring your own toilet paper as it's not provided.
