This hotel felt brand new. The rooms were big and reasonably furnished for a budget hotel. The staff spoke no English. This is a Thai hotel in a city with few foreigners. I enjoyed my stay in the hotel and the city.

I would pay much more to stay somewhere else”
My review is about 2 points- 1. Wifi was off during overnight hours didn’t know ahead of time. This caused big communication problems with my family. 2. The young man at the desk contradicted my instructions to my motorcycle taxi. Because of this I was taken somewhere nowhere close to my instructions. I had paid the driver a large sum to take me to a much farther location. But instead for that large sum he drove 5 km from the baan jumpa and told me to go the rest of the way on a van. This is baan jumpa’s idea of good customer service.

The hotel itself is quite nice, clean, with good furniture (but hard mattresses). The main issue we had was the incompetent staff. They barely spoke any English at all, wasting us a lot of time explaining what we wanted. They seemed not to know how obtaining money from an ATM with MasterCard works. They seemed oblivious to the existence of metered taxis outside of Bangkok and deemed it acceptable to pay 300 baht for a 1.6 km ride (and then offered to ride themselves for 100 baht, which is still too much).

I just wanted to try new hotel/apartment this time to see what are the differences than my usual place. After all, this is just budget accommodation. So don't expect much here. To be fair, if you take price into consideration, it may be okay. But also take note if you have heavy luggage since there's no elevator here. I've been put in 4th floor so I have to lug my luggage around to the 4th floor. The room's air-con is too small for the room size so it took quite some time to cool the room (my stay was in April, which is hottest month in Thailand. And my room was on the west side so it faced some afternoon sun so it was really hot when I entered the room).

After a long and tiring ride, I reached the reception desk. I was told to wait until the person finished his washing. I had requested for ground floor and was given 4th floor. I refused. He offered 2nd floor twin beds with an extra charges of 50thb. What for. I as a single person can't possibly sleep on 2 beds! I was considering a refund to change hotel until the female made some call and gave me the 2nd floor. I am not being difficult as my legs do not have the strength to climb the stairs. This apartment hotel has no elevator. The male guy speak little English but keep asking for key deposit even I had given after looking at the room. And before check-out time keep knocking at my room to checkout. Why is this Thai do not have the patience? If you are driving at night and turning into this apartment, you must be careful of incoming traffic as it is at a curve and cars drove straight toward you on the left instead of the right hand. The lane is very narrow-one car lane.

Apart from the unfriendly, unhelpful and quite honestly rude staff at this hotel it is a perfectly good place to stay. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable with good AC and WiFi. To improve their service I would recommend offering coffee free of charge in the morning...and smile once in a while.

Pourrait mieux faire et des cafards en prime...”
J'ai reserve la "petite chambre" pour environ 550 bahts la nuit (periode covid, donc moins cher), au 3e etage. Point positifs: la chambre est grande et semble propre a 1e vue. Il y a une armoire, et un balcon avec une barre, ca peut etre pratique pour y etendre son linge si besoin. Il y a un frigo, 2 bouteilles d'eau gratuites, 1 tube gel douche + 2 sachets shampooing. Le gare de train de Nakhon Pahom et le chedi sont a environ 1.5km. Point negatifs: l'hotel est au final un peu excentre et on peut pas traverser le parc en face pour couper car ils le ferment (!) [mais ça l'hotel n'y est pour rien bien-sur]. Le tarif reste faible, mais plus cher que dans les autres logements que j'ai eus en Thailande a cette periode (Bangkok et nord), surtout au vue de la qualite: j'ai tué 5 cafards et yavait pas d'eau chaude, du coup j'ai demandé a changer de chambre. Ils m'ont donné la chambre d'a côté, c'etait un peu mieux mais pas extraordinaire non plus: encore un cafard, la douche plutot tiede, et surtout la clim qui ne marchait pas alors qu'il faisait chaud, j'ai eu du mal a dormir. Le personnel a quand meme essayer d'etre arrangeant en me changeant de chambre mais ils parlent tres mal anglais et n'ont proposé aucune reduction pour la 2e nuit suite a ces desagrements. A noter aussi qu'il n'y a pas d'ascenseur a l'hotel, mais pour un marcheur comme moi ce n'etait pas du tout un probleme.

Ein gutes Hotel aber die Lage des Hotels ist leider zu weit entfern von den Sehenswürdigkeiten und Geschäften die nahe gelegen Bahngleise verbessern die Situation nicht. Die Internetverbindung war vorhanden diese war aber äußerst langsam.

ゴルフ旅行で”
今回はゴルフ旅行で宿泊しました、場所は少し分かりづらいですがゴルフをして寝るには充分ですし、シャワーやトイレも清潔でした。 一階に洗濯機が１回20バーツで使用出来るのも汗をかいたゴルフウエアを毎日洗濯できて良かった。 わたしはクルマでの移動なので問題はありませんが、クルマがない方には場所は少し問題有りかもしれません。
