Pros are plentiful. Cons are very few. The gym equipment needs some servicing and it seems someone must have left the window open when it rained before. Theres a light mildew smell from the carpet. Nothing else I can find to complain about. This place is much better than many others I've booked on this trip

This hotel provides free shuttle service in the morning and late evening. I would call this place first if returning to Miami. Definitely a high end place to stay!

The whole hotel including room smelt of damp”

The hotel itself looks nice, but in the room halls you can smell the damp already. Our room, the carpet felt wet and the room smelt. I left a paper on the nightstand and in the morning it was wet! Luckily we only spent 1 night here as I think sleeping in that room for longer would have been a health hazard. You really do need to do somthing about it...

Acceptable”

The hotel had an awful moldy smell from the elevator to the room. The hot breakfast items consist of only scrambled eggs, potatoes, and Canadian bacon. The hot water for the shower takes long to kick in. However, it has a good shuttle service to the mall. Three out of the five people in my group got sick when we got back home.

Filthy dusty place”

Never check in this hotel. Very filthy from the lift to the beds, sofas to everything!!! I wonder how it's still in business....

central”

I liked it that the hotel is central, easy to get to the mall and that they have shuttle to do so, it is great. Affortonatly when I booked on line I did not take the opportunity to book the shuttle, but the next time I will sure do so.

Good all around hotel”

This was a nice clean hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was a good size and the beds were comfortable. The only issue was the bathroom door was not properly installed and was difficult to open and close.

Good location for transit”

Closer to the airport, this hotel is very convenient for transit or like us to start our holiday in Florida.Our room was big and breakfast is provided with a lot of choice.

Wet and sick ”

Our room was wet from floor to ceiling. The sheets and couch felt wet. The floor felt wet. When we woke up in the morning all of our luggage/ clothing was WET. There was clearly some sort of moisture problem there. I didn’t ask to move because we got in late and we’re exhausted. My 12 yr old daughter and I are now very sick with colds 1 day after leaving there. We were the only ones in our family of 5 who slept there. The room made us sick. Our bottom sheet didn’t fit properly and there were Brown stains on the mattress. Best hope would be a refund.

Buena ubicación. Falta limpieza ”

La ubicación es excelente. El personal de front desk muy amables. Pero las habitaciones deben tener mejor mantenimiento y la limpieza deja mucho por desear. El lavamanos estaba tapado, el agua se estancaba. La ducha estaba sucia. El colchón del sofá cama muy incomodo. Se sienten los resortes. Y el desayuno bastante básico. Deberían variar un poco y la señora que atiende en el comedor lo hace de mala gana.
