Justified with the current price tag”
The bathroom is way smaller than the one in my last visit. It's too small that it makes nearly impossible for showering. Rather than this, everything else is as good, no more bad smell from the sewage. Just the window can't be closed tightly, so it's kinda noisy in the morning!

Both receptionists when checking in & out are nice and helpful. Just the place is a bit run down in my opinion, especially the sewage smell. So these are the things the owner may consider to work on.

Not Conveniently located”
Kind of hard to get around and we wasted a lot of time taking cabs here n there. Room are not brightly lited and not every room is fitted with the facilities.... and differs from photos.

Pros - staff can speak Mandarin. Room has a Jacuzzi. (Expensive rooms) Cons - poor facilities and hygiene. This hotel is just good for couple or working girsl. Don't wanna recommend for business travelers or family at all. Convenient stores and restaurants are a bit far and not easy to find.

Cold water and no toilet lights”
Good location. But water heater takes forever to warm up. And the toilet lights were faulty. On check out, the staff tried to charge me for a can of beer which I bought myself and not taken from the mini bar.

Very Disappointed”
I stayed at room 501 The room very dirty even I ask the staff to clean again. The room very hot, the air condition not working properly, I set the temperature to the coolest 18 celcius. I went out after 2 hours stay there and even don't need any refund, I was very angry. I lost most 40$, the most important is I had a bad chirstmas day with my wife. I never go to there again in my life

It's a dirty love hotel”
This is one of those too good to be true kinda property. Looks good online but real bad in person. The window would not shut cuz the handle was broken. But even if you could shut the window, you could still hear the road noise. Very noisy. The rooms were half done. The outlets were broken. They were going for a different theme at every floor and rooms but not very successful. Attention to details were not there. Very dark and dirty and run down. Booked 3 rooms for 3 nights. Wanted to leave the first hour but stayed and found a better place the next day. After getting my local friend to complain for me in Vietnamese to the management and after talking with Agoda, they refunded the rest of our stay. Would not recommend this property, unless you wanna have a quickie in this dirty love hotel. Then again, why would you when there are plenty nice hotels for more or less the same price.

This is a terrible hotel, dont believe on the pictures, worst than Fragrance Hotel and Hotel 81. floor are dirty, Never change the tower and bedsheet if you stay over night.

Had stay there 2 nights and experience was terrible. Dirty Floor, Stain on the bath tub, No hot water. Did not do any cleaning when we are out. Tower and bedsheet was change. Friend experience something unsual during sleep,....Dont even think about staying here

Kinda disappointed this time round in Bonita Grand Hotel. When I arrived on the 13 Sept 2017 and I was assigned to level 504 room. I spent a night there together with my girlfriend and while I'm at the room, I noticed the air conditional is not working well so I contacted the receptionist to inform them about the air-con is not cold. A while later they send a staff to check my air-con, instead of checking the Air-con the staff actually just change the mode of the config say i should use like this. After spending a night in room 504, the air-con is really not cold at all. So the next day I requested a room changed. So they change me to 304. When I'm in 304, the air-con I checked was working fine. Another issue was, the hotel Wi-Fi is not working at all. Spent my 4 night at the air-con without Wi-Fi. And requested for bottles of water they say is chargeable. In the last 1 night have 2 bottles of water free. And now is chargeable. Kinda disappointed this time staying there.

Good Location, as you only need 10 mins of taxi ride to district 1. Great for couples on holiday with a big bath tub in the Fantasy room!!

I stayed at Level 5 Fantasy Room - there is no complimentary coffee/tea, no kettle for boiling hot water, no safe box and no cupboard for putting your stuff and have to place on the floor. As for the bath tube if were to replace it with Jacuzzi I will I will give the Facilities and Value for Money as Excellent

staff friendly, location right in the middle of the city,never have room service,aircondition functioning not perfect almost not working, shower room too narrow and water flooded after shower, price not cheap compare with other better 2 stars hotels,I wouldn't recommend for this hotel.
