Exceptional”
This hotel is really value for money. The view from the balcony is very relaxing. You can also hang your wet clothes from there. The paid capacity is 6 pax but you can avail of extra pax with mattress for 500/night. The room is spacious and can fit around 3 additional mattress. The staff are very nice. There is a water dispenser outside the room which you can use for free so no need to but outside. They also provide cups. There is only 1 bathroom but not a huge issue for us. I just wish there's a drain on the toilet side in case it gets wet. The towels are complete as well but better bring toiletries. They will provide alcohol and mask upon check in but not sure if it is refillable daily as we only asked for the rooms to be cleaned once. The reception is empty at around 8pm to 8am so sometimes there is no water in the dispenser so plan ahead. The 10% discount in army navy is very helpful to us as it is just right below the rooms so perfect if you don't want to walk around. It is near starbucks and 5 mins walking distance to dmall. Overall, this is perfect for family or groups!

A memorable one!”
We arrived early and because our room was already available they allowed us to check in right away. We love the cozy ambience and not to mention the beach front view from our balcony! It was breathtaking! Our room was clean and relaxing. Staff and crew are very friendly and very approachable. If you want to do some water sports activities, you can easily let them know and they will accommodate you right away. The place is also situated near establishments, it's very convenient! I will definitely book Boracay Coco Huts on our next visit again and will recommend to friends too. We super enjoyed our 4-day vacation. Thank you very much for giving us a memorable one :)

Great value for money”
I love this place! Been here a couple of times. First with a large group. Now with just a close friend. I like that it’s small and staff are friendly and accommodating. The rooms are old but very rustic. The decors are all wood so looks very good as it gets older and older. Water pressure is very nice! You wouldn’t expect from a very small hotel (only 6 rooms). And i super love that all rooms have balcony facing the sea. Love it! Will definitely go back here again.

Best Budget Place for Family”
The place is spacious for 7 adults and 2 kids. Spacious enough that the kids can play around the entire place. I just hoped that they have more than 1 toilet and bath to accommodate larger group. Staying here gives you a 10% discount at Army Navy just below the property. The crew are very kind and accommodating.

First of all, staffs are friendly and very very very accommodating! They have our needs provided right away whenever we request for something that they can do for you. :) Wifi is good and can do the searching for you especially social media needs. This hotel is located just beside the Army Navy. Highly recommended place to stay in Station 1 Whitebeach side of Boracay. ;)

+Location is in the beach front. +lots of convenience store beside it +near the dmall and the activity meet up area +place feels like im home +great for groups/family +staffs are so nice. +you can request for extra towels/blankets no charge. -/+you just have to prepare for the mosquitos.. try to bring citronella or mosquito repellant. If you have kids, you have this ointments you can buy from the drugstore

Price is quite ok - but you get to say at a beachfront hotel which is already in Station 1. It is still near the "essentials" such as D'Mall, Starbucks, a new Latin Restaurant just right beside the hotel, and Army Navy at the ground floor. The beachfront of the hotel is a quality spot most especially in the afternoon for people watching and just a wonderful and peaceful view of the waters. Two Seasons, Jonah's Fruitshake, Starbucks, Real Coffee, D'Mall, Epic - they are all walking distance but not as far as expected. Staff are so friendly and accommodating most especially Sheila! You get 10% off on all Army Navy items just for staying here. The rooms and beds just need an upgrade. Shower room is very decent. TV and wifi signal are also good too. Aircon room. Can't complain much. My favorite hotel so far.

Excellent location and awesome family room”
The location was excellent as it was right on the beach and also near D’mall. There are really no facilities like gym or pool but the access to the beach, shops and restaurants cannot be beat. The good sized balcony was also really nice because we were able to have a peaceful beachfront dinner each night. Just got takeout and had it in the balcony. Super convenient for a family with small kids. Also, the multi-level family room was unique and gave each person some privacy.

Love the ambience. The interior is very relaxing and down to earth. It has a tropical feel. Downside - no free soap, shampoo, and toothpaste. So bring your own. No bidet either. But I will still recommend this place. And will definitely come back.
