Loved this place warm and cozy”
I stayed here second time, my friend had recommended to me earlier. This place is great value for money, rooms are modern with all amenities like LCD TV, electric blanket, tea coffee maker in well-furnished rooms , geyser in bathrooms, elevator and car parking in the hotel. Makes the entire experience very good, it's convenient and comfortable. Location is walking distance from the Mall Road, you get good choice of cafeterias there, ideal place to hang out in the evenings.

Overall Nice Emperiencs”
Hotel staff were very co-operative and had a prior arrangement before visiting to hotel.It was neat and clean. Breakfast is awesome. One more info, this hotel is build in nature of traditional sikkim culture. Enure to take top floor room since 1st and 2nd little cozy.. Recommend to go this hotel with family.

Nice lovely boutique hotel”
This hotel was good with artistic colorful Tibetan murals in the reception and restaurant. Rooms were good, top floor club rooms had private terrace and living area facing Mt. Kanchanjunga. I liked rooms good value for money, location was walking distance from the Mall Road. Overall enjoyment and holiday.

At this price great value for money. Good location. M.G Marg is walking distance from the hotel. Breakfast spread is good. The reception staff was v helpful.

Just walkable distance from MG marg. Daily house keeping is available which is really good. You can find other hotels with less prices however cleanness is not there. Room size is good, you most be satisfied with your stay on this hotel.

very Good for elderly persons”
As I mentioned very good for elderly persons because it has lift which is rarely available in other hotels however some times not working (as mentioned by staffs) but during our stay it was working perfectly. Rooms are older and it seems that owner is not serious about its maintenance other wise it may turned out to be one of the premium hotels as the location of the hotel is very nice as it is located in plan Road I means no climbing and good for elderly persons. Hotel is nicely decorated and painted in classical test. Little smell of woods at the time of entering the rooms may come but after staying for one or two days it would be adjustable. Wash rooms are sufficiently spacious and nice. Overall it is good for budget price and old persons having difficulty in climbing the road and staircase.

Pros: Close to market The view from the top floor is awesome Breakfast is good staff are well behaved and helpful Cons: not properly insulated. You would feel cold in the room. no lift.

Its a Hotel not a resort”
Nothing was available as per the facilities listed on the portal. Its a normal hotel not a resort. The only good part of our stay was the staff specially Imraan -the manager, who was very friendly and helpful. However, more disappointing thing was that you were supposed to pay for the room cleaning.

The location is good, hotel is kind of Old and doesn't provide value for money, the linens and towels weren't clean, most of the amenities mentioned in the website aren't available in the hotel. Hotel staffs are new but friendly. Food was alright.

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused, our house keeping team does daily cleaning of the rooms but you had taken the room keys with you both the days, so they were unable to change the linen. TV was working fine, front office person showed it to you. WiFi sometimes goes weak due to rainy weather, we have no control over it.

One of the worst and most awful of the hotels I have ever visited. Does not even have basic facilities like 24 hours water supply, room cleaning etc. It is more of a paid shelter home.

Trash hotel. They cuts electricity at night. None of their plough points work. No food facility in the hotel. Waiters don't provide even water on time.

Horrible Experience ever..”
1. Lift are not working. 2. No DG backup. DG is there but they will not start it. 3. Almost 75% time there is no electricity and you need to stay in dark condition. 4. No room service personnel will attend you. 5. Phone is there but they will not pickup. 6. All the services are written over there is vague only you will get a cozy and dirty room with a horrible bed ( you will feel the punch from the springs) wifi facility. If you don't want to ruin your trip please refrain to book this hotel..
