Cosy and comfortable.. location is a plus.. very near to train station”
Only cons is that there is no daily cleaning provided. But it is fine as most of the time we are not in the room..dryer and washer is available for washing laundry.. and the counter staff is very polite and helpful.. i will go back again next time i am back to Okinawa.

This is my second time staying with Condominio Makishi. The staff is friendly with our request. If I would to come back to Naha again I will pick here as my choice of stay.

Good location, good stay”
Have stayed 4 nights in this apartment. The room have everything, and the hotel also provided items that you can’t expected. It’s very safe too as every entry would required a pin to enter. Location is very good and easily found, 3 mins to the rail station and right infront have a bus stop which can brings you to Nago area. There is a few minor issue that the hotel can consider, weak WiFi, and the room is dimmed. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel and will consider to stay again in future.

Real steal at this price but it should be a once in a million low. So, it should be usually much more expensive. Very clean and well equipped/ maintained. Wifi often goes slow at night still.

Excellent location with friendly staff. Equipment 1. Microwave, help to heat up foods in midnight. 2. Wahsing / dry machine, free wahsing powder for laundry. 3. Friendly staff 4. Excellent location to access anywhere 5. Parking is expensive.

The best advantages are location of the condo + the laundry washing / dryer facilities in the room. There is a reception office that assist with check in and also help in airport transfer arrangement. Taxi to airport cost less than 1800 yen. Steps to late night supper joints and shopping@ Donki . Very close to AEON Maxvalue too. 3 to 4 mins walk. The Makishi rail station is close by too. There is elevator to access to various floor. Disadvantage Hard to locate the exact address. Off loading luggages fm rental car can be tough as road is narrow. Carpark available right in front but may not be for Long term. Room is narrow + small. When we check in , there are unpleasant smell like garbage room. Tried many ways to remove the odour but still can smell faint odour. Wonder if there is a garbage collection center nearby. Bed linen don’t seem very clean. Bed is too soft and bouncy for comfort. No daily house keeping.

The room is just nice for the three of us (2A1C), basic facilities were provided. You may get free coffee and detergent at reception floor. Staffs are helpful and kind. Price is slightly at high side, no housekeeping service, however, the location is superb, just at other end of Kokusai Dori shopping street and 2 mins walk to Makishi Station.

Too good to be true! Perfect!”
Pros: 1. Best location close to train, the center of the Kokusai street. 2. Best service, the reception lady let us check in a hour early because we have a 8 months old baby, sweet! 3. Very nice new room, comfortable! Love it! 4. decent price! Cons: 1. Too comfortable makes you don't wanna go out much :P 2. Too popular need to make reservation 5 months in advance! Definitely the best place I'm going to stay again next time when I go Okinawa! Thank you Annesso!!

A little cramp but it's Japan! Great place to be in for our small family over 4 nights. Very short walk to/ from Makishi monorail station and Kokusai Street. Really convenient!

Mini service apartment. Washer, dryer, fridge, toaster, even breakfast (additional charge applies) was great. Just 3 minutes walk from the nearest Monorail station. 3 - 5 minutes to Lawson and Family Mart. Will definitely go back if we ever decide to go to Okinawa again!

Awesome location. 2 mins from train station. Just off of kokusai dori, very convenient. Also brand new building, very clean and has all amenities including washer dryer fridge and microwave. Will definitely stay here again next time when visiting okinawa.
