Great! The room is clean. The ned sheets are clean and neatly arranged. Staffs are very firendly and accomodating. Food are not that superb though and the restaurant is too small and lacks ventilation. But overall evaluation, i like the size and cleanliness of the rooms. Its quite old though and needs some renovation and appliances upgrading, but overall I am satisfied with my stay at Copa Businessman Hotel Makati. Plus! It is very near my favorite shopping and leisure destination at Makati. Just a walk away. Very good!.

it's worth staying in, great receptionists & clean”
it's clean, nice location, perfect logical price, good service and the reception is very welcoming. if you stay in copa businessman's hotel you will not need a taxi to go for shopping, eat, bank, or even to walk about. it is just in the heart of everything.. you will never regret it. however, one thing i didn't like about the hotel is that the internet is not for free.

Great for Overnighters”
I like staying at Copa for short, overnight stays where getting a hot shower and enough sleep are the priorities. I have stayed here 3 times when my workload was so heavy that staying in Makati and avoiding the commute to and from home was the wise thing to do. The rooms I got were quiet, with thick curtains to block out light and a clean bathroom with hot water. I did not like their breakfast buffet. It was boring and the cafe was just a tiny room. I don't know if they've changed this but after that first time, I stopped getting the package that includes complimentary breakfast. But for sleeping, resting and showering, this hotel is not bad at all!

Great location and efficient service”
This is my second stay in this business hotel. As I experienced the first time, the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. The room assigned to me was well cleaned, orderly, functional and smelled good. The huge advantage of this hotel for me is the reasonable rate, location and distance from the airport. It simply fits my idea of a fantastic place to stay with no hassles at all. I will surely come back to this place during my next trip to makati.

I stayed 3 night in this hotel. I really enjoyed this hotel, all about this hotel is great. The facilities, cleanliness and all staff were really helpful. I will recommend this hotel for anyone who want to go to shopping at MAKATI area, because the hotel is next to malls.

we always stay at this hotel when my husband and i need to visit our children because of it's very convenient location. vehicle parking is safe. eating is within walking distance so with shopping - the landmark and glorietta and sm. don bosco church and makati medical center is a short trip away. it is convenience at its best...

very nice, deceiving facade”
the exterior of the building is deceiving in that it appears run down and a mear dark hallway entrance between a driveway and bank. however, inside the doorway the staff was excellent, the hallways and room very clean and comfortable. the hotel is only a short walk away from the greenbelt complex. upon checkout, there was a error in the bill. once identified, the discrepency was corrected very quickly and without arguement. watch out for taxi drivers in the area (j2cv). i took two taxi rides coincidentaly same taxi company; but different drivers. the first tried starting the ride with the meter at 150php from the previous fare. the second driver started driving the wrong dirrection from where i wanted to go (ortigas center); when i ask where he was going, he said he did not know where was ortigas!!! ??? obvious scam. the only reason i mention these taxi rides is that they both originated at the hotel, i do not claim they are associated in any way with the hotel, just coincidence.

Simple hotel but great location”
i enjoyed my stay in the hotel. hotel facilities are good enough, very comfortable, quiet hotel, not much disturbance. the best thing i like is the location of the hotel, it's just across greenbelt mall and very near to other big shopping malls in makati. its location is good for business trips especially if you have meetings in makati business center. minus point is the food. breakfast is not as good compared to other hotels.

Great location with well maintained rooms.”
i really like the location of the hotel. it's right in front of the residences - greenbelt which is just a few meters away from the greenbelt malls. my wife and i also appreciate a lot the very good maintenance of the hotel. the room was very clean and felt a bit posh, though the facade of the hotel was very humble and simple. staying in, you can have great privacy and prompt service from the hotel staff.

The location indeed is the selling point of this hotel.. Its just across greenbelt and walking distance to glorrieta complex. It's near everything essential in makati. The only thing i don't like was the fact that wifi has a charge in this hotel and the connection is kind of slow. The food was just so so...

Basic Hotel - Great Location”
This is a simple basic reasonably priced hotel only 1 block (3 Minute walk) from Greenbelt shopping mall located at Ayala Center with many options for Restaurants and Shopping for anything you need. PS Other people have given the hotel bad reviews and said they will not hold your bags, this is not true I checked out at noon and they held my bags until 7 when I had to go to the airport with out any questions

Old hotel but very accessible to everything ”
it is an old hotel, u can see cracks on its tiles inside the bathroom but they have hot water and huge room. hope they can add a small table and chair to every standard room. the staff are helpful but u can usually hear the noise from outside your room, from corridors. but it's ver accessible to greenbelt, glorietta, landmark, sm makati. u can get a jeepney infront if the hotel if u want to go to let it sm and landmark. another downside us they don't have free wifi and the wardrobe is too small. hope they can paint the hotel too

Clean, Easy to go around shopping”
Had a great night stay with this hotel, no need to worry about the Manila traffic as it very close to the business district of Makati. It's also close to Greenbelt area where we can shop without the hassle of calling a cab to go back.

Actually I have no complaints at all. The room rate is very fair, and the room is just fine. The hotel is very close to Greenbelt mall. I used the hotel as a stopover. I could sleep very well. The staff is friendly.

This hotel looks grim from the outside, but the rooms are actually quite decent. It is in an excellent location - right in the heart of the business district. If you don't want to pay the serious prices of the big business hotels, this is a budget alternative.

Great location with decent size rooms”
Best thing about the hotel is it's location right next to the Greenbelt Mall. It would be much better if the internet were free, but you have to pay 100 pesos for 1 hour. The rooms are a decent size, but tv is old and small. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
