I loved my stay here. The room was spacious, pretty and spotless, with comfy bed and great shower. Staff was some of the most friendly and professional ever met, especially the day shift at the reception. I still can't believe the value for money. Highly recommended to everyone!

Nice hotel to stay”
The staff are well trained to support in any cases. There is also a restaurant inside the food is ok, the morning buffet is so so. There are lots of trees but no mosquito.

We totally loved our stay at the Cottage Village – it looks like the best place on Phu Quoc:) My parents and me stayed at the bungalow A01 by the pool and the garden view deluxe villa – both were marvellous and cosy. The breakfasts impressed us the most: plenty of fresh fruits and a rich variety of local and European cuisine, we used to skip dinner:) The territory of the hotel is huge and beautiful, so many flowers! We used free bicycles often – what a great service! The staff is very helpful and friendly, they helped us book a car for 8 hours to explore the island and the breathtaking cable car; free transfer to and from the airport is superb too. Both the pools are warm and perfectly clean. The rooms are spacious, the mattresses are just fantastic, and everything looks just like in the pictures. The hotel is located very-very close to a very nice beach, it was a really very short and easy walk along the road (just 3 minutes), even for my parents. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Phu Quoc.

Everything was good, the rooms are big and the bed is comfy. The pools are nice and clean. The only issue that we had was the water. We ran out of water and we asked the receptionist for 1more bottle, ha said he doesn't have any. We asked if we can refill our bottle and he said no even though there was a big bottle behind him at the reception.

The staff are very friendly and patient, they gave good recommendations on where to eat. The room is also very clean and spacious (especially the bathroom). There's a lovely cat that is very friendly and even showed us her new kits. 10/10, would recommend to others to stay there!

Great hotel, nice, clean, peacefyl, exelent location, near the beach, around 400m to the beautiful beach, staff is wonderful. Good breakfast. They let us check in early, and also provide us with free transport from and to airport. I would recommend this hotel.

Satisfied by everything in this hotel: the placement, near mango bay (for us the most beautiful beach in Phu Quoc), the big room, clean and nice swimming pool, the garden (very beautiful), all the kind and helpful personnel, the very good breakfast, ... No, really I don't see any cons, I would come back with pleasure.

Very friendly staff, the Bamboo restaurant food is quite good. We stayed for a week and they provided free airport pick-up and drop off. Overall we had a very nice stay at Cottage Village.

Very nice resort! Nice and spacious rooms. Beautiful garden and great pools.. Breakfast was good too. I also liked the strategy if they have more of better rooms they upgrade you to make customer happy! Great! But I arrived shortly after Europe was hit hard by covid 19, also half of the beach was closed with a sign "corona quarantine" and the staff, waiters as well, was not wearing face masks, there was no disinfectant in the restaurant, nothing. You could hear German, British English but i was not a problem to keep distance from other guests. But when a waiter approached you in the restaurant in the morning asking what do I wish I felt threatened. It raised questions like how many people and from which countries has he served in last 14 days etc?! Actually I was hoping every morning they will l finally start to reflect the current health situation, but it never happened. Wanted to stay more but it was also relief to finally leave and Im glad we survived this experiment
