I'm writing my review as I'm still here, I was worried when I read the reviews but the staff are excellent, room is clean and no one bothers you, yes I would book again all in all aside from not being able to connect to wifi the entire stay which the man did offer a different room which prob would've help, everything was great.

Cleanliness and location will bring me back to this place. I have stayed in a dozen other places during the last 4 months but this definitely place comes on top. Quiet room, no odors, clean beds and bathroom, incl. breakfast and close to everything. You just can’t go wrong with this facility.

family vacation at universal studios”
I like almost everything about this hotel. My only complaints are that during corona virus, there is no real breakfast, and free shuttles to universal studios are not running. I understand about the virus, but then don't charge the extra fees.

This hotel is good and I have nothing to complain, but AVOID THE TICKET SELLING OFFICE. They offer "cheap" tickets to Disneyland but you need to "visit" their office before. I lost half of a day there because they start to show you apartments to buy and you cannot go back before they finish! PLEASE AVOID

Staff was friendly, shuttle was convenient to disney parks. Our room smelled musty, however I didnt report it so I have no room to complain. No ventilation in the bathroom was likely to blame. Beds were comfortable. Room could use some updates.

The best thing about this hotel was the sweet girl selling tickets for Universal Studios, she was great! Otherwise, I wouldn’t recommend. It needs a complete update. It’s old, smells moldy, and the cleanliness was poor. The beds were soft and didn’t feel up to par with other hotels. Super small pillows. The wifi connection wasn’t great. The continental breakfast was closed which wasn’t mentioned when booking. We got a bag breakfast with one mini water, an apple, a mini granola bar and a small muffin. The rugs in the hallway looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years. It was disappointing., especially for the price we paid.

Close to Universal - Hotel”
The only advantage of staying at this hotel is that its close to Universal Studios. Some issues: * There is just a single shuttle to the theme parks and most times its late. To add to it, it comes full sometimes. * The hotel is pretty unclean. The carpets every where are soiled. * The hotel advertises free breakfast, but some days it was just a nutbar and a cupcake to go. * The staff has majority of people who are very rude, they don't want to even talk/help and are busy on mobiles every time. * You need to call for housekeeping in the morning, else they wont do it. To add to it, you can call only alternate days. Overall a really shabby hotel, with only positive being its close to universal studios.

Far from a full service hotel, no breakfast”
We got a King suite with a pullout couch for us 4. The king bed had 3 pillows and there was only one extra pillow for the pullout couch. No extra sheets or blankets. We stayed there for 5 nights and there was no room service through the entire stay due to COVID. The Hotel DOES NOT have breakfast. They give boring grab bags with an apple, granola bar and a water bottle every morning. If you want cereal, you need to buy it from their store in the lobby, but they do not sell milk. I find that to be unfair, since they usually offer cereal in their breakfast offering prior to COVID. The carpets in the hotel hallways are stained and smell funky. The pool needs serious updates. The pain around the pool is chipping, the fence around the pool is very unstable and is rusting. The ground in the around the pool is very dirty and has not been swept in a long time. There is a large amount of algee building at the bottom of the pool. The staff acts as I'd they hate their job and you coming in is an annoyance to them. The hotel is located near Universal, Icon Park and about 30 min drive from Disney. But i wouldn't recommend. Look elsewhere.

The hotel said that would provide breakfast, however, it did not provide it. A small bag with mini water, mini apple, mini muffin, and mini cereal bar is NOT breakfast. They even add that the breakfast was suspended for any reason. Do not book with this hotel.

The room was great and you can't beat the price. There were four of us and all patrons were pleased with the cleanliness of the room. The size was great, too, especially when you have 4 adults. I especially liked the size of the breakfast area. Most hotels have very small breakfast rooms with only a few tables so you had to wait for one. Not the case with this hotel.
