Good location and good value for money. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and enough space to open my luggage. Free parking available for motorbikes and there is a 24 hour concierge.

I choose a VIP room on the 6th floor but the elevator is on the 5th floor. having to carry a large suitcase Up and down by yourself, quite heavy, no staff to help

Unfriendly staff, old facilities and specially no electric water heater. After a day of traveling and getting rain outside, i needed some warm water but there wasnt any. I asked the staff and he said they used only solar water heater. It was 9pm and had been raining, then of course, no hot water. I had to wait for the next morning but even when it was sunny and the weather was quite hot, the water still cold. I tried to accept the situation and took a shower with cold water but then i caught a cold. Havent recover till now. At the price i paid i think i cant choose some other better options. Nothing good but location of this hotel.

NEED IMPROVEMENTS”
I had been waiting from 2-4pm just to check in the room. The receptionist said that there was no cleaner available to clean the apt that I booked. This is totally unacceptable regarding their standard check-in time is 2pm. I booked this for 2 friends who are from USA (staying for 1 week) and as I do not want to switch hotel at last min, I had no choice but to wait. Some other guests couldn't wait and just left. Seems to be usual thing for their system. Second, there was water dripping from the AC during the time, didn't have it fixed till my friends checked out. Do not think I will ever recommend their service to any of my friends.

Convenient location but lacks staff”
Before check in we were sent an email to provide identification through cozrum website as we were informed that it is a self check in service. Upon arriving at hotel, a male staff at the facility checked passport and took more photos of our identification. We stayed in “Superior Double”. Pros: good location, aircon room, decent price Cons: no receptionist, my room lack basic necessities like a hair dryer, shower stream was extremely weak Hope this review provides some insight.

The receptionist was so rude, basically started a fight and scolded me as if I were his kid cause we and my friend came back late at 12:00 in the night. Even tried to gaslight us by saying the hotel doesn’t allow guests to come back late, and refused to open the garage so that I had to park on the pavement (and he didn’t help watching it too lol). The bedsheet was stained. Facilities are old, but usable. But the room overall looks kinda rundown. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Smell bad. Room service does bring new bath towels and free wat but the bed sheets did not changed just make a bed like she does but same old sheets.Yellow stands on bed.restrooms smell bad not enough hot water cuz they said that they use the solar water heat system.staff rude.I’m not really want to do a review but this the most worth experience I’ve ever had

Impossible to stay in this place. It shouldn't be an option on Agoda. Extremely dirty room, bedding visibly worn, with body hair hanging down. Dirty floor, broken shower, and no hot water. Dirty bathroom smelling of urine. Depressingly, it leaves a few hours after I entered. Unable to stay overnight.
