Good location between Gloucester Road and Earls Court. A small room was clean and comfortable. Lots of supermarkets and restaurants around, and Close to the Tube.

3 lignes de métro à 5 mn qui desservent les principaux lieux de visite et la gare de St Pancras. Quelques minutes à pieds de Hyde Park. Hôtel confortable, propre, l'entretien est à parfaire (douche, éclairage) mais la literie est confortable.

it's value for money”
Being arranged the room in basement that deviates with my request. Basement guest rooms would easily be accessed from outside that feeling insecure. Luckily no unpleasant event occurred so far. No lift for basement, heavy baggage to be taken by the guests. Poor drainage in bathroom in the first few days but being rectified afterwards. AC unit operated properly but the weather is good (not hot) during my stay.

You gets what you pay for. The location is fantastic for the Albert Hall. The mattress wasn't great, but the place was very clean. I would stay again.

my stay was okay. good location, easy access to public transportation and stores. my only problem was the water in the bathroom. it was boiling hot! i made a complaint but they didn’t do anything about it. it was the room G7 at the first floor. if they give you this room, ask to switch rooms right away or check the water first before unpacking your stuff.

Nice room and great location,,The only problem is the room is micro scopic and thanks God I didn’t have big luggage with me otherwise I need to walk sideways with my luggage into the room before I could close the door

Stay was good, but could have been better. Pros, Good location, room was clean, very good connectivity as Underground metro was close-by and close to shops and restaurants. Cons, Got a basement room with very little sun light, outside the room it smelt bad, no lift to basement, too many corridors to pass through with luggage in the hand

I think this place needs some renovation. Lift wasn't functioning for days. Toilet got worms from idk where when I was bathing. Have some stench from not sure where either. Bed was comfy thou. And its nearby to the train stations.

Hotel is great location for tube and museums, and is okay for the price, but is looking tired and rundown. No fridge, no in room safe.

Noises”
Stayed from Fri-Sun, moved from room 108 to 207( virtually one floor up) because of weird noises all through the night. Night staff checked at 05.30 and said it could be plumbing or A/C problem , said they'd move me ....Again....Nobody came up again, reported to reception the next morning told that Manager didn't come in till 10.30 and certainly not on a Sunday! So not much sleep in 2 nights,hard to explain to anyone too -thought someone was being strangled in the next room...

Good value, but the hotel needs a little TLC”
The hotel is located a five minute walk from the tube station. Easy to get into London’s attractions. Location is good! Never had the breakfast so I cannot comment on it. The hotel is not new and some parts of it need a little maintenance. Loose tiles in the bathroom,, carpet on the stairs that is not even, television that does not turn off. All small things, but they add up. We used the hotel as a place to sleep and it was good for our purpose. Staff let us leave our baggage on the first day, then check in. It gave us another day to tour London.
